It has been a pleasure dealing with Chandler and with Sarah. They have been more than helpful to me as I certainly knew nothing at all about the process of refinance and borrowing from the equity in my home. They (both) were easy to communicate with and very courteous. Also, they were not appalled at any of my silly questions. The whole process went smoothly and quickly and I understand that I was given help in getting less than average interest rates for my particular situation. They contacted me often as every situation arose without being pushy or insisting that I make decisions without giving me time to think things through. There were no questions that did not go unanswered. If I had to do the whole process again, I would definitely ask for Chandler to be my representative. I think she should be voted "Best Client Representative". Thanks again Chandler.
