NetXInvestor.com is pretty generic

NetXInvestor.com is pretty generic. The mobile app is also generic. Interfaces available on both of the above are also pretty basic. No app available for Windows. Quarterly account maintenance fees are high. And on top of this, there is a limit on the number of commission free trades!

Avoid, avoid, avoid !

My mother has been trying to release a small investment from this lot for the past eight weeks.

She has been messed around and has had to get a solicitor involved because this company simply won’t play ball despite her doing everything they have asked of her, sending various ID documents, and even a solicitors letter confirming her identity.

Needless to say she is no closer to getting her money and I am exasperated by their sheer unprofessionalism.

Avoid this company, they really don’t want you to have your money and do everything in their power to make it impossible.
A bunch of crooks springs to mind.

Dreadful custodian, no respect for clients

Dreadful custodian. I could elaborate with dozens of cases, but a recent experience was woefully inept. I sought to switch 2X US listed ADRs into HK listed Sedols - standard procedure for a global custodian, expected to take no more than 48 hours. It took BNY 6 weeks to provide an instruction template. An insult and a joke.

I have banked here for 32 years

I have banked here for 32 years, both with business and personal accounts. The service has always been good , but as with everywhere at the moment, interest rates are poor for savers.

I remember the times when putting money in the bank was an investment. Now it is just for security.

Mellon financial group

Danger of loosing all your money if you let this "bank" calling themselves a flow through bank, they call you and inform that because you have been scammed of funds, they have an account with your name on it that they will help you to access. During their help you will be asked to pay fees, taxes and other bank expenses in order to receive the money. I have now lost 200000 dkk dealing with the Mellon financial group, and their rep. Mr. Edward Benjamin, situated in Belgium. Being the son of a german father and a mother from the dominian republic, he speaks with a soft accent and he and their support will drag you through Hell taking all your money as you go! They will make you pay through paying systems called netxchange, moonpay, paybiss and Jaxx. They put your money in bitcoinwallwts that you have no access to, and just take it out for themselves. Beware of these persons and this scam bank - maybe they are connected to bny Mellon in the US or not? They certainly play that they are associated to a very big and safe bank. Beware and dont trust them. Kate Lange

BNYMELLON EMPLOYEE$ FLEECE Small TRU$TS

My Loving Mother, left me a Trust. Unfortunately, she was dined & courted by Mellon Bank, to get her to use them, for Power of Attorney, a sad day.
As soon as they transfered the Trust (now mine ) to Philadelphia, a woman named Casey Patton, SOLD my ENTIRE Stock Portfolio, and SHE- Changed my Mothers Gift into MUTUAL FUNDS FOR MELLON BANK !!!!! Damage done, I thought I got rid of her, but it seems theres a TEAM at Mellon ,SHES part of it along with MW who is my Judge & Jury of " IF- I can have any Money for my HEALTH ONLY. "Because, my Mother had Parkinsons & Mellons' Seattle people & Lawyer, went into a Facility for ONLY- People with MEMORY DISORDERS and MADE a Clause in the Trust, that it, ONLY Be, for EXTRODINARY Medical Reasons. MY MOTHER DID NOT INTEND, for her only child, who she cherished, to live ON : $500.00- $700.00 PER MONTH- My Rent is $437.00 , so NOW, IM eating up my couple of THOUSAND DOLLARS SAVINGS, I used to get FROM THE STOCKS= Aprox $1, 200.00 PER MONTH. But they took care of that. Now Im STUCK, with crappy bunch of Mutual Funds, that MY SAINT OF A MOTHER, DID NOT GIVE ME, NOR WANT ME TO HAVE- SHE HAD BEEN IN THE STOCK MARKET IN THE 1960s, She KNEW, what She Gave me!!!==> Now Im stuck with Mellon Mutual Funds that I dont want, and she didnt leave me! - My current "Trust Officer" (there actually is no such animal at Mellon, at ALL, they are ALL , Money Management Officers etc), and apparently, HE, Andrew & THEY, do NOT seem to think I deserve what she left me & it breaks my Heart, and makes me VERY ANGRY, and REALLY Now, Dangerously DEPRESSED Because-> Im REALLY STRUGGLING--, S T R U G G L I N G--- TO PAY MY BILLS !!!! They are right under $1000.00 a Month & Im Getting 6 & $700 TO LIVE ON !!!! > I cannot work, sit upright, bend or stand for long, My Mother KNEW, I fell from a roof 10 years ago, and a BRICK WENT INTO MY SPINE WHEN I LANDED! There is a ton of nerve damage, Im grateful NOT to be in a wheelchair, but I do NOT DESERVE the TREATMENT of now, of MATHEW WALKER, who wrote me an email a few Months, ago, saying I was to "get NO MONEY TO LIVE ON!!!!" I called the HEAD of Mellons Head Office In New York, Finally, after Days, I spoke to the Head Fiduciary- of BNY MELLON Bank & HE, Told ME, To Find a Bank With a Branch In Seattle & Mellon Would - RELEASE MY MONEY & MUTUAL FUNDS TO THEM, & THEY (who ever that would be, since my choices arent good ) Would run MY MOTHERS TRUST,- I call that- Wiping your hands of something. Its Much better for MELLON, if they don't have to pay attention to their EMPLOYEES TAKING MY MONEY & BASICALLY SCREWING ME OVER, NOT- what My Mother, Had in mind!!!! She adored me & I, her. A Loving , CARING DEVOTED woman from a Good & Decent British Family, who got a baby girl, born on her Birthday, Tomorrow, Aug . 12, but, Im so depressed , that I have stopped caring about anything much, I dont take care of myself anymore, its really Bad & thats something I NEVER thought I would see, in MY life, but, I guess, as is said, it can happen to anyone.
I REALLY wish I was making this all up, or at Least, or at LEAST exaggerating, But IM NOT ! These Employees KNOW, I cant afford a Lawyer or Accountant & Cant read the crazy Mutual Funds Reports they send, THEY DONT TAKE FROM THE WEALTHY BIG ACCOUNTS, But from The SMALL ACCOUNTS LIKE MINE, ITS EASY. - If you think Mellons Employees are ALL squeaky Clean... think again ! Ive read , just Online, not the cases they've covered up- LIKE MINE, exactly how GREEDY & DISHONEST Some of their Employees are, the ones who GOT CAUGHT.
I Report an extreme Breaking, of THEIR CODE OF ETHICS & THEID HEAD FIDUCIARY, WANTS TO SWEEP IT UNDER THE RUG = By Letting ME do the WORK & GIVING AWAY MY TRUST ACCOUNT IN PHILIDELPHIA, TO ANY BANK I CAN FIND WHO WILL TAKE IT. I tell you WHAT, I KNOW, that EVERY MONTH- Mr MATHEW WALKER" Philadelphia Penn, IS GETTING FULLY PAID OUT OF MY ACCOUNT , AND SO ARE ALL THE PEOPLE RUNNING THE MUTUAL FUNDS- THEY ARE ALL EATING OFF MY LITTLE PLATE, and IM NOT CRAZY, JUST ANGRY AS HELL, That these rich Fat Cats, TAKE from - ME. They're Taking MY Money, I am supposed to get, & the Walker Decides on his Own, He wants a BIGGER PIECE OFF MY PLATE, so, wrote, I wasn't going to GET ANY MONEY FOR SUPPORT!!! I Don't HAVE Disability $, No Food Stamps, BUT NOW I NEED THEM ! What they have done to me- THEY HAVE DONE TO OTHERS, BELIEVE THAT ! Others ! Its not JUST ME! --They , a TRILLION DOLLAR+ CORPORATION & I- DONT DESEVE $1,200. 00 MONTH? I never MADE NEAR that Much in my LiFE! My Mother Wanted to Take CARE OF ME & THEY WONT LET HER!!!!
You see what happened when I called them. People like me are helpless against slick greedy bankers with NO COUCIOUS (sp) & NO MORALS. Sorry about ALL the caps, but Ive been so angry and sad for so long, its like a tiny outlet against THEM- BNY MELLON BANK ~ DO NOT EVER MAKE A TRUST ~ WITH THEM !!! YOUR LOVED ONES~ WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT!- Sadly & sincerely, Ms. A. M.
