Good easy to deal with - I picked up in person, but also ordered online as well. I have bought lots of Shelly and Unifi devices from NetXL.

I had a problem with a unify in ceiling mount. After an initial lengthy call, which involved obtaining manager approval, I agreed with NetXL the faulty item would be replaced.

Nothing then happened, so I chased up the replacement only to be told they would no longer honour what had previously been agreed!

After sales could be better

I spent about £400 with NetXl, but was about to spend £2.5k on other Unify gear. Obviously I will buy elsewhere now.

Other suppliers stock Unify products. Why take a chance with a company who does not care about after sales support!

I have been struggling to set up a card reader in a church in a very poor reception area. Netxl have provided consistent advice and prompt delivery of items. Recently I thought that we had succeeded but then hit problems.
