Today I visited the Neuhaus store on…


Today I visited the Neuhaus store on Neuer Wall to buy some chocolate and enjoy a coffee. I would like to sincerely thank the wonderful sales lady who assisted me.

She was full of positive energy, had a beautiful smile, and even though she was working alone, she provided excellent service. She made me feel very welcome and created such a pleasant atmosphere.

I was especially impressed by how easily she communicated with customers in German, Arabic, and English. That was truly remarkable.

I just wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to her and also to your company for having such a great employee who gave me such a good feeling today.✨
