I called to get help with how to extract the herbs they sold me. Was told that Nuherbs couldn't help me using a whole bunch of lame excuse. The woman I talked to must have been at her kitchen cooking or something because the noise was awful. She referred me to a supposed expert outside the company for help. He was just as useless as was she and refused to offer any help.
