Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. Soon after ordering I received a tracker info which looked like the item had been dispatched. It then sat and did not move for 2 weeks and still hasn't 5 further days later. I have emailed them and today called twice for phone to be put down. Name that comes up on payment statement is also different and has poor reviews.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a knee brace from this company as they offer a 30 day try and if no good then return. The item took a long time to arrive and when it did I was surprised how badly it was packaged. When I got into it it was only in a plastic bag and there were no instructions on how to use it. After looking up a few on you tube it was quickly apparent that this item wasnt right to help my disability so I tried emailing to initiate the return. I got no reply to that or any of the next 4 emails I sent to them. I have tried calling them but the phone is constantly turned off. The website states when you dig deep into it that you need to contact them prior to returning. I am now £80 out of pocket and have an item I want to return yet am dealing with a company that appear to be fraudsters

I ordered an Osteoarthritis Uploader…

I ordered an Osteoarthritis Uploader Knee brace (at the suggestion of my surgeon) from Neuravio.
After about 10 days it arrived from China, the tracking worked and I could see where it was on the journey. But it was faulty; it would not fit my knee because the top part of the brace was 'bent', and one lower strap was so long that it could not connect with the velcro; shortening this strap would not work either. The company offered 24/7 customer support, 30 day money back guarantee and free UK shipping and returns. I contacted the company via email several times and received no reply; I also tried the telephone number supplied - this was never answered. So I posted the faulty item by 'Special Delivery' to the London address given. The following day the item was returned to me 'Adressee unknown'. I have now run out of options!
