Despite 2 attempts at delivery my package keeps being lost. I have asked 3 times for a refund and I keep being send another package instead of a refund. I have moved home in the time this has taken so it’s unlikely to ever reach me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY EVEN WHEN YOU ASK FOR IT BACK.

They lie and then keep your money - Avoid
I bought their foot massager as I really liked their hand equivalent, and have asked for the last 4 weeks where it was.....they said "be patient", "it's going to be fine" etc etc...and then today after 5 weeks they've just told me that it was "out of stock" despite providing me with a tracking number that never updated after all this time - It's one thing being lied to, it's another thing STILL not having my refund - Bloody angry and disappointed
