Ordered and paid for three products…

Ordered and paid for three products from neuro-child three months ago. Had an email soon after confirming that shipment was on way. More than three months later, nothing has arrived. Have emailed them twice but they haven't responded. They only have an email address so can't actually speak to anyone. Have requested refund but they haven't replied or acknowledged my email. Not sure if this is even a legitimate business. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Be aware that the products come from…

Be aware that the products come from China.I ordered mine a month ago and still waiting although their website says that delivery should be in 6-10 days.
It’s ridiculous.They should tell the customers that it’s a long wait.Don’t recommend and not ordering anything from them.
