Disgusting people

We invested in the Teleland / Neuro project operated by Artem Evzhenkov. The project promised high returns on NFT virtual land, but no functioning business or reliable income was delivered.

During our investigation, we discovered that victim funds were routed through multiple entities with no transparency, including:

IAIA LLP (London, UK) – directed by A. A. Evzhenkov (he also owns Neuro Platform LLC / Neuro Capital LLC (USA)
Course Cloud LLC (Florida, USA) – directed by O. E. Vysotskyi( he owns Visotskyi BBooster Inc – with offices and branches worldwide)

We contacted both Mr. Evzhenkov and Mr. Vysotskyi directly, requesting clarification and refunds for victims. Both ignored all inquiries and provided no response.

A professional public image and multiple offices cannot conceal involvement in opaque financial flows connected to a project that failed to deliver.

Based on our experience, we cannot consider this project or these individuals trustworthy.

Looks Like Teleland 2.0 — Serious Warning About Neuro Platform LLC

I am writing as a family member of someone who previously lost a significant amount of money in the “Teleland” project created by Artem Evzhenkov (Artemiy Freedman). Teleland operated for years without a legal entity, collecting funds from the public and promising high returns that never happened.

Now the same person is behind Neuro Platform LLC and Neuro Capital LLC, registered in Dover, Delaware. The marketing style, promises, and documents look almost identical to what our family member experienced before. This raises serious concerns that these companies may simply be a continuation of the same pattern under new names.

Our family member invested a heavy sum believing in Teleland’s promises and never recovered anything. Seeing similar tactics now worries us deeply.

Please be cautious and perform thorough due diligence before engaging with Neuro Platform LLC, Neuro Capital LLC, or any project linked to Artem Evzhenkov / Artemiy Freedman.

Neuro Platform LLC / Neuro Capital LLC – Misleading and Unresponsive

I want to share my experience with Neuro Platform LLC / Neuro Capital LLC.
During a consultation, the representative, Yulia Talaeva, directed me to a Delaware Division of Corporations link for company registration information, claiming all details were there. However, she could not find the information herself and repeatedly asked me to check again. I was sent a memorandum and subscription agreement that seemed confusing and overly aggressive.
I also asked for examples of successful cases, which were heavily promoted by Artemiy Freedman on his webinars and marketing materials. She said she would send them but never did. The consultation ended abruptly after 15 minutes, with Yulia stating she was very busy and asking me to contact her via Telegram. I did as instructed — and received no response, complete silence.
This experience was extremely unprofessional. They present themselves as a legitimate startup with a $3 million capitalization, but the handling of consultations, documents, and follow-ups is misleading and confusing.
I am sharing this to warn other potential clients and encourage everyone to verify claims carefully before engaging with Neuro Platform LLC, Neuro Capital LLC, or any materials from Artemiy Freedman.

Investors Beware

Yet another internet startup enterprise, fronted by Artemy Freedman, promising pie-in-the-sky returns whilst emptying your wallet via webinars.courses etc. Previous similar enterprises included teleland.io involved in NFTs, pseudo crypto and other figments of his imagination. This enterprise had a virtual office in London which he alleged provided UK financial protection. When it was pointed out that he needed to register with Company House for this to happen, unlike a legitimate enterprise he failed to register and instead deleted the London Office. Avoid at all costs.

A scambag Artyom Evzhenkov - Artemyi Freedman

A scambag Artyom Evzhenkov, that calls himself Artemyi Freedman has 3 sites ui.mba, teleland.io, neurobiz.org
Advertised his platforms Teleland as the best investment company with rising shares at consistent remarkable rate while he never registered it. Now, since after exposure of this scam on social media he came up with Neuro platform, continuing the same scam, registered in Russia and selling shares without proper documentation and licensing. Master of selling an air bubbles creating a spectacular non-existent success of his platforms. Total and most cynical russian scammer with decades of experience , never to be trusted.
