I was a patient at the facility on Professional Court in Las Vegas NV and due to the office staff's unprofessionalism my complaints will now be sent and for the record, I am know longer a patient!
You prefer to keep a lousy staff, then so be it.
I am in my rights to request for my medical records.
Each time I call, every department that answered, transfers me back to Natalie as if they are trying to keep me from receiving my medical records.
And Natalie has chosen to play games as well since she isn't helping and since I have requested for the office manager several times and she has come up with excuses each time on why I can never speak to one.
I am tempted to go down there and show my tail until the office manager comes out. Which might very well be Natalie who's extremely unprofessional and it's in her to lie, just to not help me!
I have been on the phone with her several times and she would place me on hold while I am speaking.
This has happened several times without a word or warning. What ever happened to "Can I place you on hold for 2-3 minutes?"
Since that type of professionalism doesn't exist anymore, than neither does a calm patient.

This place will not get a 2nd chance.
They blew it when they hired these clowns.
I made it clear that I need my medical records!
The staff failed to do the easiest part of their job!
Or are they acting ACTING OUT because they were raised to hate certain ETHNICITIES?
If a signed document is needed, THEN WHY DIDN'T THEY ASK FOR IT?
BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES has been reported to FTC.
A long complaint has been sent to the Attorney Generals office.
Since everyone is transferring the calls to Natalie, she is the only person I am complaining about...
I asked for a manager several times in the past 2 weeks. Never got one!
If Natalie is the manager, it explains why the service is so SLOPPY!
I will file a complaint everyday until a member is management calls me since it has been requested.
Please Note:
If a MANAGER calls me feeling privileged and rude enough to interrupt as I speak, WE'RE GOING TO HAVE A PROBLEM!
HOW EVER YOU SEND MY RECORDS IS FINE WITH ME...
