In call to return item I had a very…

In call to return item I had a very long wait, then it disconnected and I had to call and wait again. Although they were given tracking info and delivery date and acknowledged it was on its way, they won’t process until received. Two other places I returned to processed it immediately. Also very confusing, as it was called Neurodyne, then Healthy Living, then Beurodyne again. Whole process was amateurish and made me glad I returned product.
