The company is first class along with the devise. It's very well made and built to last. It feels like a devise you might see in a hospital or chiropractic clinic. It's pretty comfortable and I feel it's doing a good job. Very happy

Well It has helped my knee .Needless to say I am still going to have my knee replacement. But until then this device has helped me from taking pain meds

I like the brace, it fits well and it cab easily be adjusted.

I had high hopes for this company and the product it represent. A rip off is what they are. I requested a refund after returning their products, they sent me a small portion of my 200 dollars. I'm NOT happy at all!!
If there were an option to not give them any stars, that's what I would select.ZERO stars

Order develop would not work for me too much. Pain return the belt after got a return label. Have never received a refund. Can I get help with this?

I inquired days ago with absolutely no response. That’s pretty sad. I also left a review that you offered a 10% cashback I sent a screenshot of the review but received no response. I am contiplating amending my review…

We were sent 2 braces for the same right knee. When I contacted your company we received an email back very quickly. We were then sent an email with a return label so we did not have to pay for any additional charges and we were given instructions on when we could expect the brace for the left knee. We are very pleased with the product and the customer service we received. Keep up the good work.

Terrible experience from start to finish.
I placed an order over 40 days ago and still haven’t received a single thing. I’ve emailed this company multiple times and they don’t even bother replying. Honestly, UK buyers should be careful — once they take your money, you’re on your own.

I’m now getting help from the relevant UK consumer rights services because this is ridiculous. I wish I’d read more reviews before ordering. Avoid the headache
