The curtains look nice until we push them up. It seems the fold are not in the right place and they look crooked. It takes patience to get them to lay just right. Otherwise they are great.

I chose Neutral Curtains because they provide the best instructions for measuring and also deliver their sample books quickly and at no cost to me. The curtains arrived promptly in less than a week and were
the perfect length. They were packaged well and the wrinkles fell out with no ironing or steaming needed. I do wish they would sell c-hooks for use on already-installed rods that have returns that mount to the wall.

Vivienne Plaid Striped Linen Roman Shades, Top Down Bottom Up
I ordered two of these in "Beige Fog" a couple of months ago for the bathroom. The fabric is very nice, and with the "Privacy" white lining, allows a fair amount of light into the room during the day but prevents you from seeing even shadows at night. The top/down and bottom/up operation are both very smooth and I've had no issues so far. The shipment arrived in under 2 weeks and was in perfect condition. Installation took less than 15 min for each shade. The only slight downside is that the horizontal plastic slats within the fabric that ensure it folds neatly are somewhat visible, and when backlit look sort of yellowish against the bright white fabric. But all in all, a very beautiful shade.

Great Quality Roman Shades
Overall, I am very happy with my relaxed roman shades. They were very reasonably priced, arrived quickly and were easy to hang. And the quality seems very good.
The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the color is quite different from what I thought I was ordering. I ordered Belgian Linen in Oatmeal but the hue is very pinkish. I know dye lots can vary but this is too much of a variation. Luckily, they don't clash with anything in the room.

Beautiful but faulty construction
After a good experience with a “trial”’shade, I ordered 2 more. The shades are beautiful but the 2 newest ones do not stay down when pulled to the closing position. Also, one of them keeps hanging up which prevents lowering all the way.
The company replied to my email with a video showing how to fix the issue. I will give that a try and hope I don’t permanently mess up my shades.
