I ordered over a week ago and still not received my package! On the website it says it's delivered from the UK but that's not the case.

I have always loved the quality of their jewelry. I have used their pieces both as gifts for my girls and for personal wear and they have never disappointed. Their customer service is top notch, as well!

The worst service ever. Shame On this company. I ordered personalised items and a surprise box in December. I received a box full of awful items, mix of silver and half gold, and most were things that were horrible. And a ring with the swear word f off. And guess what I haven't received 3 personalised items and it's March. I have emailed so many times and to get no worthy Customer service. I keep emailing to find out when I get the items and I get no worthy response. Never again. It's not worth it.

Really good quality items, had a problem with 1 item but got a refund very quickly looking forward to my new items being deluvered

I have ordered multiple times. The jewellery is very high quality , they don't tarnish i have been using the same pieces for 3 years now. Have taken them on holiday, showered in them and all are exactly how they were on day one. Customer service is excellent as well .
