Cheap knock offs

It’s taken 8 weeks to get a replacement for the fake sterling silver ring i ordered and the replacement is an even worse fake 🤦‍♀️ couldn’t make it up. Save your money and time

4 months and still no delivery

I ordered a bracelet in August and the delivery time said 10-22 days. It is now December and I still haven’t received my order.

Very disappointed!

I’m really disappointed in my purchase from Nevanna. I didn’t get any emails regarding delivery details so just waited and it arrived after a week. I paid £33 for an anxiety fidget ring and it looks incredibly cheap. It’s just a piece of metal wire and is already breaking after 2 days of wearing it. Definitely not worth the money and I feel like I’ve been ripped off!

I ordered a ring at the beginning of…

I ordered a ring at the beginning of September for my Stepdaughters 18th birthday. This arrived In Good time but sadly didn't fit. I returned the item carefully following the returns policy. From this point the customer service has been shocking. I received confirmation of the new size order and since then nothing. I have sent several emails and always get a quick apologetic response and reassurance that the problem will be rectified. It is now mid November and still nothing. Terrible company.

Beautiful bracelet

A very beautiful bracelet with the names of my children. It’s a little too big for me. Took a long time to receive my order with a few hiccups along the way, however the friendly professional staff were very helpful and resolved the issues.

Ordered a necklace for a brides…

Ordered a necklace for a brides present,which I was taking abroad for the wedding. Ordered on 27.7.25 it turned up 0n the 16.8.25 when I arrived back home.so due to it taking too long I had to buy elsewhere, where the service was second to none.dont bother with company as was left with no customer service at all.no update for delivery.no tracking from them which was promised.actual necklace was not worth the wait anyway,just another tacky jewellery company on website willing to take your.money for rubbish goods.

I ordered a jewellery box for a gift…

I ordered a jewellery box for a gift for my daughter's birthday but as it hadn't arrived I contacted Nevannna to ask the date of delivery. They advised it wasn't in stock and it would be sent ASAP. As my daughter's birthday was in the next few days, I asked to cancel my order and a full refund. I then received an email asking if I wanted a 10% discount...
Was this a delay tactic? I again asked for my money back and was then told no, as it was out for shipment. The box came after my daughter'sbirthday, with no returns information. I am keeping the box, as I don't believe if I returned it, I would get my money back.

Missing from delivery

My order for Gold / Silver Hugging Necklace received and I am happy with. Second item Silver/Black Hugging Necklace was not in the package delivered by Royal Mail on 29/08/24 (Del Tracking Ref TQ399370501GB).
I have DEFINITELY NOT received this second item and am concerned by its non appearance.

Customer service non-existent.

Customer service non-existent.

I placed an order and then heard nothing for 2 weeks. When I chased an update I was informed the item was out of stock so I could cancel or choose an alternative. After a lot of back and forth where I questioned why they were still advertising the product if it was out of stock, I miraculously received an email telling me it had been dispatched.

Their customer service agent was rude and condescending with no real customer care being provided.

Would I recommend? No.
