trash customer service, assisters will ask the same question multiple times and completely ignore your response. The return option2 is extrememly confusing and impossible to understand, exacerbated by their inability to type in coherent, grammatically correct sentences.

I recently ordered four items from the website but sadly one of them was out of stock. I was offered either a gift card or a refund and I ended up getting a refund as I really didn’t want to place another order (my items so far came in two separate shipments too). For some reason I did not get a full refund and I do not remember purchasing the item from sale or anything. However I did get a refund and the two items I’ve received so far were both great. They looked like the pictures, were perfect size and also pretty good standard quality you’d expect for the price. Overall very happy with my purchase and I do love this store a lot! I feel like a lot of the items match my personal style and I will definitely shop at Nevstudio again!

EDITED: they finally got back to me after I posted a review and had asked me to delete my review but I believe in editing to reflect the updated experience. I changed it to 3 stars as they finally resolved it and refunded the correct amount but I believe it could be a learning point to be more consistent across their customer service reps. It’s taken about 2 weeks going back and forth. Once again, I love the clothing but I hate having to deal with the inconsistencies.
Good quality clothing to match horrible customer service. I ordered an item during their sale that apparently went out of stock before they were able to take it down on the website, which is what I ended up buying. They contacted to let me know my item is out of stock. Ok I understand, so I had asked for a refund but I was given a run around for a week and a half asking me if I’d consider exchanging it for another item or a gift card. I didn’t particularly want anything else on the website and shared I’d prefer the refund if possible. Fast forward to today, the item originally costs 29.95 and for some reason, they only refunded me 11.21. (???) They hadn’t explained anything about only being able to do partial refund if refunded and so I was expecting the full amount back but I’m so frustrated at this communication or lack there/of. I’ve communicated in multiple emails my desire for the refund of the 29.95 item. I love the clothing but the customer service has just been horrible in my experience.

Received good service
Ordered two pieces of clothing and had only one error with one and customer service emailed me in advanced and solved before I would have had to commit to a return and refund if it were to have been shipped without notice. Fast response time as well though with interesting wording in emails that makes me feel like there might be some miscommunication depending on the reader. I plan on ordering again in the future.

Super Stylish and Great Customer Service
The products are all very stylish and the quality is good. I ordered two bodysuits and one was a tad smaller than the other, but the customer service was super helpful and timely in getting me another product in a larger size.
I would have recommended them to anyone else who likes this style even before, but after their excellent customer service they are a for sure favorite brand!

I had to make a refund and throughout the process I have had constant feedback, both on the website and by email. Well, I'm from another country and I had that insecurity that it wouldn't arrive and I'd lose the money.

Good returns from UK but bad product
I purchased trousers and they were great with the return, I just had to pay a little extra for shipping a different size and could keep the other pair. However, the new trousers had thread coming out and after a few wears the seams started to become loose and snap. The item of clothing is baggy so it wasn't due to use and even if so I wore it about 4 times and had issues. Contacted support about the dissatisfaction and they couldn't do any returns but I wanted some compensation as the item seems to be defective.

HORRIBLE customer service. I placed an order back in December. The package was supposed to be forwarded to my new address but for some reason, the company doesn't allow forwarding so the package was never delivered to me. I have an email thread of 29 messages going back and forth over the last two months with absolutely zero help from customer service.
They gave me the run-around. I did all the work reaching out to my courier and everything and they still refuse to either resend my package or refund me. I just keep getting generic responses of "The team is reviewing this". Now that I finally told them I would seek legal action, all they are saying is that the team is doing training so responses might be slower than usual. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
This has SCAM written all over it and I'm extremely frustrated. I will have to report this as fraud to my bank now.

It was okay kinda not
Notice: I usually do not put review cuz I dont care if the service is ass or good as long as I’m happy with the product. So even though Im not really okay with their service, I will still buy stuff from them if they have what I want. I’m posting this so other people can have some idea of what they are.
Like : they look good. At least they try to sound nice and actual refund processed(not sure cuz I paid with my visa card and they said it might take up to a month)
Dislike :
1. customer service takes too long. I understand that company need to make money by selling, but I gave them a very clear statement that I want a refund from the beginning. They were still trying to convince me for other stuff. First was “the product is out of stock, do you want $100 gift card?” Once I said I want a refund, second option they came up with was “do you wanna replace it with other items in our shop? Up to we can let you have an item up to $10 above what you paid for original Item!” Yes what I got was $89.85 including expedited shipping. Second option was basically a level down(even though it’s only by few bucks) from the first option. I don’t know who came up with that idea but that person clearly got a D on their math class. Otherwise, they seem like I was the idiot. On top of that, I basically gets one email per day and few of them are like “I have forwarded this to dedicated team.”
2. They put our of stock and erased a product after I purchased it. That’s why all the above happens.
3. Quality is not there.
I have total of 2 items in my hand. Tapered loose fit cropped pants and Chain tie long sleeve shirt (also ordered high waist strappy wide leg pants, which was my most favorite but this is the one that’s out of stock and refund is going on). Factory messed up so cropped pants is not currently wearable (new one is on its way without extra pay) long sleeve shirt has a little engraving stuff on its tie. The finish on this engraving sucks cuz literally that engraving fell off after about 3 hours of putting it on. I kinda didn’t like the engraving anyways so it was okay. But still, quality was not really that good compare to the price it cost. “Unique” design with poor quality that you can get from temu with 10-20 bucks product.
Overall, I was not that satisfied with them. But screw it, if they put the strappy pants open again I’m gonna buy it.

Fantastic back and forth with customer service! They’ll make sure you get what you ask for, Even if you made a mistake in your order. I like their style, but I love their work ethic. They make supporting small businesses feel right?
Nothing like making a mistake in an online order, write to customer service, have a quick efficient answer, and also receiving many options to void your mistake. I chose the option to have my clothes sent back to me, only adding a cost equivalent to new shipping and they let me keep the first order.
10/10 will buy confidently from them again!
