Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers report unexpected charges or subscriptions, often for £39.99, appearing on their bank statements without their consent or knowledge. People frequently mention that these charges are unexpected and that they never intentionally signed up for any service from the company. Customers also express frustration with the company's website and app, finding them unhelpful or difficult to navigate when trying to resolve these issues. The price of the alleged subscriptions is consistently highlighted as a point of contention, especially given the lack of authorization.

Does your bank check subscriptions are genuine?

I asked my artificial intelegence robot called Gemini on my phone to do deep research into Nevtrix and it's co- conspirator Hline.
It came back with chapter and verse on this deliberate scam company

Nevtrix.cc is a fraud company registered in the Cocos islands. It steals bank account details from your legitimate purchases and passes them on to Hline.cc which creates a fraud ulent monthly subscription for £39.99 using your details. If your bank like mine HSBC does not have adequate checks in its subscription processing software, the subscription is processed without asking you if it's genuine. I've asked HSBC and they refused to insert 5 lines of code which could send you an email to ask if its genuine
If they were to do that this clever scan would fail. Most banks do it anyway. The solution to me is obvious. Ask your bank if it sends you an email or text to confirm if a new subscription is valid. If they refuse then its your decision to continue banking with them or not. Its obvious to me.
Luckily i worked it out using gemini
Its up to you.

Scammers/Theives Be Aware, Avoid!

Like everyone else, I noticed 2 payments of £39.99 debited from my account, over the last 2 months, that I 100% did not have any knowledge of, or authorise.
I contacted my bank, and they immediately refunded me the stolen funds. Also, they have blocked any future payments from going out to these fraudsters.
As a safe guard, my bank card has been cancelled, a replacement one will be delivered in a couple of days.
A person mentioned this 'company' somehow piggy backs on legitimate companys. As a heads up, they must have got my details from Nintendo in some fraudulent way.
If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would have, they obviously don't deserve 1 star, for being scammers. 😡

Scammers getting away with it

I noticed two lots of £39.99 payments had come out of my account after buying a swimsuit online to a company called DEXIMU also trading as GLOBAL SOLUTIONS DIRECT. I had to contact deximu as the Halifax would not help me as they said I had authorised the payments. Deximu said I have subscribed to NEVTRIX even though they don’t have my email only my payment details they also said I have subscribed to a very explicit site which made me think someone in my house was at fault which they were not. How are they getting away with this?

Scammers

No idea where they got my details and like others I have had two charges of £39.99 on my account. Have dug into them and Nevtrix.com aren't listed on company house however their website lists GLOBAL DIRECT SOLUTIONS on the page and address is 168 THE CIRCLE, QUEEN ELIZABETH STREET, LONDON SE1 2JL.
They have two Directors listed. An Isobel Logan Stark and an Anna Tsekourna.
Let the games commence....

If I could give it zero I would

If I could give it zero I would. Was checking my bank account and noticed £39.99 had been taken from my account even though I had never heard of them. Phoned the fraud department of the bank and they said they would look into it. Got a message from the bank today to say they had refunded the money. When I went to check, I noticed two £39.99 payments had been made. Looked back and one of the payments came out at the beginning of August. The reason I didn't notice is i only use that account to pay my bills by Direct Debit. Will be more vigilant in future.

Actually zero ranking

Actually zero ranking. Like many others, I was scammed too. I was at a fast charger for my EV at the Lidl supermarket in the south of Belgium. I needed to charge my car by scanning the qr code, which led to the provider, but also this site was piggybacked. I saw the nevtrix commercial and quickly closed it on my phone and proceeded charging. A couple of days I saw a reservation of 39.99 for Nevtrix. The bank could not help me because the transaction went via G-PAY. So I claimed it there. Just got an email from Google that the transfer doesn't look illegal and I won't get my money back.

Nevtrix is a scam

Used a QR code on an EV charge point at a hotel, apparently this piggy backed on the genuine charger app and logged my payment details. It tries to collect £39.99 from your bank each month. Scam.

Scammers just faceless cowardly Scammers.

Dear Nevtrix
Please can we have a face to face meeting so i can explain how your criminal behaviour will be dealt with. I am one of the many people who you have scammed for £39.99 and therefore you need to understand how much resentment there is for you and how you need to held to account.
Strangely you are not listed at Companies House and are just a bunch of scammers.... If you are brave enough... Lets meet.

SCAM £39.99

SCAM £39.99. Got a call from Barclays, they had a payment from Nevtrix of £39.99 going through my Credit card that they had flagged as a scam ...
IT IS A SCAM! I have no knowledge of this payment & apparently it was a subscription so they were going to charge it on a regular basis (? Monthly)
Barclays were on the case & blocked it & issued me a new credit card. Well done Barclays!

Had a new credit card for a week and the card company picked up suspicious activity from Nevtrix. They alerted me and cancelled my card. Thank goodness. No idea how it happened but assume it was while I was verifying the new card.

Scam

Scam! Signing up for Channel 4's upgrade - the QR code on Channel 4's TV page has been scammed so instead Nevtrix ask for your card details. I stupidly thought Channel 4 had outsourced it's payment processing. How stupid.,..but not alone. I phoned the bank straight away and reported fraud and also went on Nevtrix website to cancel my 'subscription'. Though I doubt that means anything.
