False marketing

They sell an equipment to reduce Tinnitus, which turns out to be a laser set. To use laser demands long education. When I opened the package and read that it was laser, it was too late. This information should be on their Web page. Since I have heart problems I don't dare to use it. If I would like to use, the instructions are so poor that I don't know if it is on or not. They refuse my returning the gear referring the gear was on sale! According to Swedish law I have right to regret what I have bought even it was on sale. I consider this company Levy not customer friendly and not serious!
