Excellent service, couldn'tt be happier. We asked New Age care to call in 3 times per day to our aunt who had had surgery and needed help with all her care for a short time post op . Not only did the carers provide most of her personal al care they also provided 3 meals each day. But on top of that they also had a quick tidy around, had lovely chats and just went the extra mile in all aspects of her care. We are so grateful. Thank you to Sam and her team. If we ever need care again we will not hesitate to contact New Age Care.

New Age Care have been providing live-in care to my mum since 2022. We chose them for their attention to detail, flexibility, and the consistent support they’ve given not only to my mum but to our whole family while navigating the UK care system.

They’ve been especially helpful and understanding as her care needs have changed, including during periods of hospital admission and discharge, which made a difficult process much easier.

Their team is responsive, reliable, and genuinely committed. In our experience, the standard of care has been consistently excellent.

Travelling from Australia to London with a disability was daunting at first, but from the very beginning, Samantha and her team went above and beyond. The pre-planning was thorough and thoughtful, making sure every detail was covered before I even left home.

From arrival through to departure, the care and support I received was exceptional. Samantha, who accompanied me on most outings, was not only highly professional, but genuinely kind and attentive. They made me feel safe, comfortable, and completely at ease in a busy and unfamiliar place.

Because of their support, I was able to truly enjoy my trip without stress or worry. It made such a difference to my overall experience, and I’m incredibly grateful.

If you’re considering travel with extra support, this service is outstanding.

New Age Care are a wonderful company full of compassion and understanding. They make my life much easier knowing my mother is such safe hands. From the very start, in the end months of December 2025, l felt New Age Care understood that l was looking for highly skilled individuals to offer my single, vulnerable brother who has a severe mental illness and complex needs, one to one companionship and support to him on getting out, to attend appropriately chosen and familiar organisations and groups, which he hadn’t been upto attending for years.

.The purpose is to meet people and gradually acquire genuine and trusting friendships with people over time.My brother’s carer wants to help my brother find these real friends that hopefully he can meet outside of the meetings/ go out for coffee, hopefully eventually using his own initiative, after some time. We got at a sensible pace.

New Age Care understood that my brother felt extreme loneliness, yet lacked the initiative to get out on his own. He was stuck in his flat day in and day out. Just wants human company and conversations as he says.

All the other organisations only offered venues that my brother could attend, but he really needed a special companion to nudge him, and get him out the front door, regularly. Even befrienders can’t help… they only visit those over 65urs. Totally unsatisfactory.

I knew that with the right organisation and highly trained individuals, my brother could go out weekly, starting with places that were meaningful to himself, including a local church/community groups. These were places we discussed and chose with my brother’s guidance.

The visits have started, and my brother’s carer/companion has gained a better understanding of my brother and his complex needs/moods, and already,l can see my brother is thriving and gaining confidence. He tells me how happy the trips make him. The carer ensures my brother doesn't rush to trust people, but to take time to really get to know people . He’s always there to look out for my brother. It’s so re assuring. My brother’s carer wants is too trusting and needs to be aware of the dangers. The cater reminds him to take things slowly.

He also knows that when he introduces any other carer, he will have to fully train them to understand my brother’s complex needs, or the mission could easily fail again, if not. I know it’s taken me years to understand my brother’s complex needs.

As well as written reports of the trips out, the carer takes the trouble to call me to tell me how things have gone, and we discuss the next moves, recognising it’s a team effort. The calls are invaluable.

In this day and age, it’s hard to find individuals you can truly trust and rely on. It took many calls to find a suitable organisation, giving such caring ione to one care.

New Age Care has been marvellous. I’d recommend them , for that trusted suppprt and passion, they bring. To see my brother thrive after so many years is endearing. His quality of life is improving no end. Thank you. Ew Age Care.

The company tries to take care of our mental health as well as giving us good care.

When your parent has increasing support and care needs but they always wanted to stay in their own home, it is a time of great anxiety and uncertainty. We built trust with New Age Care (NAC) initially through accessing companionship sessions ahead of committing to a live in carer situation. NAC have minimised the number of different carers involved in Dad’s care and he approaches changes of carer to support his regular carer’s break positively because he knows he will get on well with the replacement. He always looks forward to his regular carer coming back though - she’s amazing!

Great company always goes above and beyond what is required

I needed advice regarding care for my elderly Mother-in-law. The help I received from New Age was prompt, clear and ‘non-pushy’. I felt that the only thing that mattered was providing us with what would work best for her, and us. It was really supportive and I can’t thank them enough.

Carers that are experienced and do the job because they really want to care for their service users. Approachable office staff who will endeavour to make your care package suitable for your needs

New Age Care provided live-in care for my mother at her home and covered every aspect of the management of the care.
Living 2 hours drive from my mother, I could not get there quickly or easily.
I needed a company that could manage the live-in care and manage the flexible cover for the statutory breaks for the live-in carer.
New Age Care successfully took on management of full 24 hr care for my mother required, without me continually trying top up cover for carer breaks. They kept costs down when I was able to visit my mum and didn’t need cover.
The carer provided was extremely patient and skilled at the job, managing to ensure my mums safety.

All of the personnel who have come to look after mum are gentle and respectful, she calls them her angels. Response to our initial contact was rapid and they have ensured continual cover of her personal care needs, medication delivery, mealtimes and household chores.
Mum likes that they chat with her throughout and build a rapport, which is important in creating a sense of security as her needs change.
