AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Purchased 27th December - took over a month to arrive and then received an email advising they had been recalled - luckily I'd not used them! Tried to call them but the number doesn't work. Sent an email and received a part-refund! As I paid via paypal and a refund has been given (albeit not what I paid) I can't open a dispute!

My straighteners have been recalled and I have been given a number to call but it’s a mobile that’s turned off. Emails sent but no reply. Anybody else got any tips on how to get hold of anyone at this dodgy company?

Please do not buy. Received an email yesterday from New Arrow about the straighteners I received. I did not use them! Thank goodness, they are unsafe to use and are now recalled!!!!

Do not order from this company under any circumstances. They send out wrong and damaged items and do not refund you. Customer service is non existent and non responsive to your emails. I would not even give them 1 star!!

Do not order from this company, it is a scam! Ordered hair curlers which did actually arrive eventually but they are not the product advertised. Clearly cheap knock offs which I won't even dare use. Reported to trading standards.

I placed an order on 11th Jan ... still not received my order. Told me item was on the way... it’s a CON site. Just ignore my emails now... anyone any advise how to get my money back?

Shocking, still waiting for hair straightners and I've emailed them for a refund but just been ignored. Been waiting a month now. Do not order from this site, discusting scam.

BEWARE I received my order on the 16th Jan 2020 after waiting 3 weeks however it was in my opinion second hand and didn't work, I contacted them and they sent me a p o box no to return the curlers ,after requesting my money back on many occasions they are still ignoring my emails don't even have the decency to reply.I have now contacted trading standards to make them aware of this companies actions.I strongly believe that new arrow are a scam.so please please DON'T order from this company under any circumstances, you will not get your money back and in some cases you won't receive the item.

Please please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE **** straighteners arrived after 3 weeks - very very poor plastic - dangerous even. I’ve sent email after email and no reply. Sent them back now they have my straighteners and my money !!!!!! Be warned

Embarrassed to say I fell for the advert. When they finally arrived (nearly 3 weeks after ordered) they were cheap plastic with plates that just rip through your hair and they don’t curl. Awful product, will never fall for a scam like this again.

Terrible - same as all the other reviews. Ordered hair buddy on the 12th January . Nothing received yet . Do not reply to emails and tracking number does not work.
Have now escalated to PayPal in their resolution centre.
DO NOT ORDER - AM ALSO TAKING UP WITH TRADING STANDARDS.

I'm absolutely gutted and fuming ordered items over 4 weeks ago and still got nothing. Recieved a email robbing me off about how it's on route but still nothing. How these ppl are still able to sell and get away with taking peoples money is disgusting!

Ordered hair curlers on 2nd Jan, after sending them several emails, still not received anything. Do not trust this site.

I month later no goods ?
Now useing coronavirus for not getting my goods 🙈

Shocking company, DO NOT ORDER! As per other reviews, still not had my purchase, several emails trying to fob me off. Requested refund via Paypal.

Ordered hair curler/straightener for daughter for belated Xmas gift. Based purchase on reviews & video on site. Took over 2 weeks to arrive & doesn’t work properly. Instructions inside are very poor. Emailed asking for better instructions on use but no reply. Emailed about wanting to return item but again no reply! Unhappy daughter too!

I ordered my item on the 1/01/20 Iv sent 3 emails and no reply to any Of them
if Iv not here by end of week I will be reporting it to pay pal to get my money refunded
I also ordered 2 pair of hair straightness which after chasing up I have recived now 3 weeks later
Not happy with this site and will never use it again

I have never received my item from this company! I’ve had one reply which was a returns form!! I haven’t had them to return! I ordered on the 11th January 2020 and still nothing! I’ve sent 2 further emails and no response!! Reported to PayPal!

Item never arrived. Given fake tracking number that doesn't work. Support sends a copy paste response. Have asked for a refund. Let's see if I get one....
