Order NE05075059 . I wish I had read the negative reviews here before ordering there. I would like to share my very negative experience with my online order and Lena from the CS team. I’ve ordered a pair of kids shoes. Yesterday I received my order with only one shoe inside. The right one was missing the left one was inside. I contacted right away new balance. Lena replied to my emails and I sent 5 already in total that she won’t help me and closing the case that in such a short time she already did a “full” investigation with UPS. Sure. I sent her pictures all proof and she wasn’t even interested in helping or supporting in any ways. Im
Shocked. I’ve never experienced this. I’ve asked her only to send me the missing shoe. But she just closed the case and wrote with any more replies of me she will tell me the same thing. Wow. I’ll report this to the police and also to my credit card company. I asked her to talk to her team lead.

So far so good!
While my spouse and I also purchase from the physical store in Barcelona, it only carries a limited number of styles and colors. I have ordered online 3 times already, and each experience was a good one. In the rare case that the fit is not right, returns are free.

Bad company to buy online from
Bad company to buy online from. They charged me for a product they can't deliver. Talking to customer service is no help, since they can't do anything. They need to wait for "the system" to refund my money, but they don't know when it will happen.
