Everything was as promised. Notified 2 days before delivery and on the day of delivery with options for not being home. They allow us to leave French doors open and not be bothered by flies. Allows you to see out and sort of finishes the doors. Good quality.

Late with no communication but fine when it arrived.
Great product. But what a knightmare getting it !! First of all it seems all the staff either left or went on holiday for the summer, there busiest time, we were informed of this delay, fare enough, we all need a holiday. First they sent the wrong size blind , 400mm to long and after checking, not my mistake. Then they sent the correct width blind, which was great but no side runners, so I had to contact them again to send them . This whole process took two months . Then the company specify that their goods can't be left at your front door, which you kind of understand but if you're at work all day you miss the delivery's, ( they only do three) so you have to do the 30 minite drive to the package centre, so yes I had to do this three times , In total three hours of driving .
Do I need more blinds , yes , Will I be ordering from them , No .
The only plus point is the lady answering the emails , she is very prompt and helpful.

I ordered three custom blinds and a remote from NewBlinds.co.uk and have had a very poor experience from start to finish.
The website promised delivery in 3–4 working days, but the blinds took weeks to arrive with no dispatch confirmation and multiple emails required just to get a basic update. When they did arrive, the blinds were incorrectly sized (despite me providing accurate recess measurements), making them unusable for the intended windows. On top of that, the quality was disappointing – frayed fabric edges and uneven cuts.
To make matters worse, I also ordered a remote over a month ago, and despite chasing several times, I’ve still not received it. No tracking information has ever been provided and communication has been very slow throughout.
I really wanted to support a smaller business, but this whole process has been frustrating, time-consuming and disappointing. I’ve had to try and repurpose some of the blinds elsewhere in the house just to salvage something from the order. No resolution was offered apart from ordering more blinds at a discounted rate.
Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this company and wouldn’t use them again.

Albeit some miscommunication regarding delivery date which was resolved efficiently & expediently, everything went smoothly, we received everything we ordered which was of good quality, fit perfectly and works superbly. excellent service.
Blinds look great. Took a little longer than expected to arrive but that may be because they didn't have all the info they needed for sizing. I would use this company again.
I ordered a fly screen recently for my bedroom window the quality is excellent and great price to. It was really easy to install. Would highly recommend. Will be purcashing again. Thank you.

Delayed delivery due to demand.
We have used this company many times, so decided to use them again for a blind on our high up, diffcult to access window on the stairs/landing. With some emailing back and forth we worked out to get a blind with a longer chain so we could operate the blind from the stairs. (we didn't want a remote operated blind as this would also be difficult to manage). The order was placed and paid on 03/07. By end of July still no blind. I had to chase them at least 3 times via email as I got no response on the phone. We then received the blind on 08/08 and the longer chain had not been delivered. As of today - 27/08, still no chain has been received. I have emailed them 4 times, left phone messages. I have been told that the factory is actioning this, but still no chain which makes the blind useless. Blind looks great and is good quality, but the follow up process is so frustrating that I don't think I'll order anything else from this company.

I placed an order and attempted to contact them when they did not arrive. You CANNOT speak to anyone and the phone message directs you to e-mail. Very suspicious that there is no way of telephone contact. Very poor and blinds have still not arrive after received a message to say the date they would be dispatched, be very aware of this company.

Our screen was easy to fit but needless to say accurate measurements are essential. The screen works smoothly and easily.
Ordered blinds on 12/7/25 to which was supposed to take 12-15 working days they arrived 6 weeks later. I am still waiting for a part that was missing from the original order. After a text conservation with the managing director all issues resolved to my satisfaction

Sadly my new “No drill” blinds only worked for 2 months before just falling down. Lovely quality though. New parts were quickly sent but didn’t work either. Great communication via email only though. Telephone number not manned.
Good quality blinds at a good price. Items came on time. Customer services were also helpful - both before buying the blinds to make sure they would work in our situation, but also to replace rails that for some reason had not been cut to the correct length

I bought 2 large motorised Venetian Blinds for the kitchen. Now they are up, they look great, and the functionality is exactly what I wanted.
Things can go wrong in any organisation, and there was a long delay between order and delivery. Apparently, this was due to a collapse of the supply chain. The measure of a company is how they deal with customers when things go wrong.
Gemma took control of the situation and provided plenty of information in regular updates. The situation was handled effectively and professionally.
