Excellent car mats
Took delivery of our Skoda Yeti mats last week.
Fitting them was very easy with the simple instructions sent (took minutes)
They look great and are very comfortable.
They were at least half price from the ones supplied by Skoda(maybe even more).
Without hesitation I would recommend these mats.

Thank you for leaving a review on our Trustpilot page, we value each and every review and strive to provide excellent customer service so I am sorry hear of this issue.
Our images on each car mat show a sample of what the grade of the mat can look like, the mat pattern just underneath each car mat is the indication of the shape of the car mats you will receive, this is because we are unable to take photos of every car. We do take on board the comments however and have now added additional labels to the mat images to indicate that the mat is a sample of each grade of car mat to help.
Looking at your customer service query I can see that you felt the car mats should have had holes in the mats to cater for the clips you have in the vehicle, this is the first time we had seen this for your car and so our customer service team did explain that the clips in your vehicle look like they were fitted by a previous owner and may not be the factory clips, and that if they were removed that the mats would fit.
We would have provided a refund at this point if required but you decided to keep the mats. We then offered that next time if you need a set of mats for a vehicle to contact us and we would provide a 50% discount for the inconvenience as we wanted to make sure you were satisfied with the service received. If you would prefer to opt for a refund please contact us.
