I ordered an item on September 24th and as of today October 28th I’m yet to receive my item or my money back. There hasn’t been any update on the shipping info since September 30th. I’ve wrote a few times and all the reply I’ve gotten is the tracking number to check the status which shows me nothing other than no movement in the shipment. My last few inquires have seemingly been ignored. I was also charged 20 plus dollars for 3 day shipping it’s been over a month. I wrote on here before and someone from the company said they see where I received my package well I HAVEN’T. I don’t know what to make of this place it feels like I’ve been scammed and there’s been no real effort to help, at this point I just want my money back and not have deal with this place ever again.

second purchase not so great. I purchased flared cargos and flared jeans, I'm from the us. so I spent +$20 on shipping for it to come 3 weeks after... once arrived I was not impressed with quality and fit "completely different from first purchase", no problem I will just return for a refund.. well, NEW CHAPTER return policy is insanity I have to pay another +$20 to return and they are telling me because I purchased the items on sale I can only get store credit ?? so Im out +$40 off the start and I can't get my money back ?? this is not okay I don't know another brand who does this and honestly its just strait up robbery. I expected New Chapter to do better. I would like a response I do not feel like it's okay to strip your customer of money. My order arrived on Oct 2nd 2023 - order #3028 and I contacted new chapter a day later for clarification and help regarding my return and refund they said "Unfortunately they do not cover shipping back" and when I replied regarding my refund and that I do not want store credit. I have not received a response.

The jeans were nice and high quality, the delivery was also very quick!

Worst company I’ve ever ordered. My order came in without a return form so I contacted them 3 (!!!!) times about it untill I finally received it and could return my order. I told them when I was returning it which was within the returning time. Now they tell me it came in to late and I’ve been contacting them ever since (July?!!?!?!?!!!) and got a few responses (all after sending question marks a couple of times) but they simply don’t response or help me with my problem.

After waiting a lot I called a number connected to New Chapter which I found on the internet. While the guy was acting like he didnt know anything I got a response through my email right away. So people with the same problem, call: 010 737 0533 (you’re welcome)

After that little contact on the phone and a few responses through my email they’re still not helping me tho, it’s truly horrible. Worst service ever!!!!!!!! Will never ever order something from this stupid website again.

Good stuff, fast delivery

Didn’t arrive, ordered on 31.08.2023. Customerservice is not really helpful.
Today is the 13.09.2023 still nothing, customer service refuse cancelling and refund. Either ignoring my Mail or sending me the same Trackingnummer that didn’t update since 31.08.2023.

Answer to CustomerService:
I have contacted them few times already. First reply is that you have problems with your courier and it should arrive last week, which didn’t happen, to my second and third mail no reply yet.

I ordered a pair of jeans and as promised it was delivered in one workday. The quality of the service and of the jeans are outstanding. These are the best pair of jeans you can get.

Haven’t received my product or have I been able to get an update on when or where it might be after reaching out numerous times, but I’ve received emails on my experience. The irony

The company doesn’t respond, they are false advertising 2-3 Day shipping, and it’s just a scam, don’t buy from here.

had to wait 2 weeks to get a response from them as i wanted to return the item after having received no return form and since i have returned the item i have not received any response or refund for the item.

They dont want to process my returns. They wont react to my emails. Order #1823 & #1542

i have ordered 5 pairs of jeans and 2 t/shirt to USA. I m totally in love with their flared jeans. Shipping time was very fast. Super Guys keep on the good work.

Shopping on NEW CHAPTER was a fantastic experience for me. I received my hoodie promptly, and it may be the most comfortable item of clothing I've ever worn!
