It was seamless doing business with New Chic. However, the material of the shirt and the design of the sleeves as advertised is different to the physical garment. I was not entirely happy with the shirt but it is not a train smash. I will live with it than doing the trouble of returning it.

Very attractive shirt, fits well.
Delivery took a number of weeks and quality of stitching is poor (many loose threads to be cut off) but given the price this is acceptable

Went missing, cheap quality
My package went missing for a week. They told me to wait 9 extra days before being able to dispute it. Live chat is a bot until you make your complaint sound urgent. Tracking number wasn't updated when moved. Bag is cheap quality, good texture on outside (velvety?), but zip sticks easily. Would not buy from here again.

Absolute trash company
Absolute trash company. Takes orders on items they dont even have. Gives no info about it being out. Even puts "expected shipping date". Then when u contact them a MONTH later they never had the item in stock and had no intention of contacting you about it. 0/10.

Ordered multiple times, satisfied customer.
I've ordered from this company a few times. I had one large order that had a few products that were not to my satisfaction. I emailed the company and sent pictures of the defects found. We went back and forth a couple of times,but all correspondence and negotiation was respectful. I was satisfied with the way it was handled and I was refunded for defective items. In saying all this, I have also had some losses in ordering. Mainly by not measuring correctly, or because of size chart inaccuracies. It just cost so much to return items, so make sure your measurements are good, and fully read reviews. They do sell some quality products though. I especially like the Socofy line of footwear, and the Zansea line of clothing. Also, their shipping prices are astronomical. I would suggest looking for online coupons for percentages off, and or free shipping.
