By far the worst apparel shopping experience I've ever had! I've never experienced a company that cares so little about customer satisfaction or communication. My order has been pending for 2-weeks now and still hasn't shipped. I haven't received a single email apologizing or even notifying me of delays. I have to log in regularly to check, only to see it's still "processing." But of course, in the meantime, they still charged my credit card. What an absolute nightmare. I do not recommend!

Disappointing Experience with Newchic - Unresponsive and Poor Quality
I am compelled to share my frustrating experience with Newchic. Despite multiple attempts to delete my account and reaching out to their support team, my concerns have been met with empty promises. It’s been over a month, and my account still exists, reflecting a lack of respect and care for customer preferences.
Additionally, the quality of the clothing I received was deeply disappointing. The materials felt cheap and poorly made, which was not at all what I expected based on their online presentation. This experience has completely eroded my trust in their service and products.
It’s disheartening when a company fails to acknowledge or respond to legitimate customer concerns. Newchic’s indifference to my repeated requests for account deletion and their subpar product quality have led me to believe that this is far from a customer-centric company. This has been, without a doubt, one of my worst online shopping experiences.

They advertise free standard delivery over 112€. As soon as you order over that amount and qualify for free shipping, the system suddenly shows only the option for express delivery, which is conveniently out of that offer... Smells dodgy and scammy

No customer service! No Helpdesk!
Customer service is terrible. I sent an email on October 30th inquiring about drop shipping program and no one has responded or even cared to respond! I resent it on November 4th and no one replied either. Today is November 13th and there still has not and will not be any response from them. It seems that people are suffering from the same problem!

Don’t bother, same as all the others
I was going to order from this company but after reading the reviews I have decided to not bother. ( I’ve ordered from others and they are all the same which is such a shame because I struggle to find these clothes elsewhere and if the product turned up the exact same as what I’d ordered at least that would be a good thing) It appears to me that some if not all of the positive reviews are actually fake and written by the company themselves. The positive reviews are so over the top and tick so many boxes that no ‘customer’ leaves a review about ‘providing affordable and elaborate clothing world wide’ who leaves a review like that?!
So this is a company much like all the others that takes your money, doesn’t provide any customer service, sends you either the wrong item or a poorly made item then doesn’t respond to any customer requests for refunds. So now I’m waiting for the AI Customer Support message which will undoubtedly appear below this review!

Any there it is. Clearly AI. I’ve not bought anything from them so clearly haven’t had an ‘unpleasant experience’
It’s such a shame. More of a shame is that this gets past all the regulations and they continue to sell.

Cancelled order. No refund yet.
I am looking at the customer reviews and lots of people are saying they tried to cancel their orders and the money was never returned to their account as the cancellation policy states it would be. Then I see responses from the vendor blaming this on the customers. I hope this is not my experience. I placed my order a week ago and paid a lot for fast shipping. My order still shows "processing" but the charge was taken from my account within one day. Please be as good at responding to cancellation requests, processing orders, and refunds as you are about processing charges.

I placed my order October 4 money was…
I placed my order October 4 money was taken from my account for the purchase. You can only cancel within 24 hours, but you have to wait 15 days for a tracking number so once you pass that point you were at their mercy, the items that I ordered Are currently out of stock and I am waiting for a refund which I have a very funny feeling I will never received that means I will be out of pocket $87.30. I have written to this service provider a total of five times it has been five days since I wrote my last two of them and I have not heard anything back. I wrote once again today the bottom line is if you can’t provide the product you need to return the money it’s simply bad business not to, I don’t like to write negative reviews it’s not my style however, this is gone too far

Just got my order
Just got my order, it took 6 weeks for everything I ordered, I’m still waiting on 1 pair of pants but everything else came in and it’s pretty decent quality. I ordered a XXL shirt and that is maybe a size too small but other than that pretty happy with everything. Only thing is it might take a while for your items to arrive, but overall they have great clothes

I ordered a large co-ord set for the end of summer, it didn’t arrive until late September, and when I opened it I discovered I’d been given a medium top and small trousers. I cant contact anyone over this bc the AI is useless and apparently they don’t have a single human working for them????
Checked the return policy too (even though I can’t actually return bc I can’t contact anyone). You have to pay to return it!! You’re paying for their mess ups!!!

Non existing customer support, no returns options
This seemed like a legitimate seller with an option to return items within a month. I have order a black satin skirt and it have arrived fine with no significant delays, however it was way too small for me so I've reached out to the customer support with an enquiry. After submitting an enquiry, the website states a response time is within 24hours, which wasn't the case. No one has responded to me for what's been almost a month now and there is no way how to return the item. Moreover, I have found and purchased the exact same item via Ebay for a fraction of the price. I do not recommend this seller whatsoever. Try and search for items at different, more reliable sellers.

Order automatically cancelled
At that time, I clicked to purchase the product that was in the order. I choose to pay via credit card. When I fill out the information and press order. It says the order has been cancelled. I don't know why But the money in my account is still deducted.In spite of all the information I received correctly. The products in the order are not yet sold out. When I try to ask the staff. he said to me "Your payment method is unreliable. The order is automatically cancelled.I don't understand that Why is my credit card payment not trusted? While I use the same credit card to pay on other platforms such as steam or yostar shop. I'm very upset. Because the money that was deducted was not a small amount. And the account provider I'm using is having trouble to refund money back. I also did not receive proof of refund. Because I had to use it to apply for a refund from the service provider I was using. :'(

I placed an order for two tops on 30th July, and it is now 24th August, and have still not had them sent, but they have taken my money!
I did manage somehow to get through to them with a message once, and they said that one of the tops had been delayed, but nothing since, and that was weeks ago! They seem impossible to get hold of.
