Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service. I have used this company for a while with no problems, but it seems recently they have gone really downhill. I was sent the wrong item from my order, and when I have tried to reach them to get it sorted out, I have received no response. There is no one to take calls at the hours they say they are operating, no one on the live chat, and my emails have been unreplied for almost 3 weeks. Dreadful service, will not use again
