I ordered shoe for my son. I received the wrong size, not to mention the poor quality. The shoes were like plastic.
I tried to email them. The email came back, undeliverable. I'm sorry I didn't research this company before I placed on order. I am out of money and my son can't were these shoes.
I was scammed

Item does not charge, unable to use. Neweledy suggested send back to China at my expense, no address given for return. Or I could have 20% off on other items. Are they f**#@ng kidding!!
Looks like a complete scam to me

I used this company with a different name Hnari but the same addressd M Zeng, Room 1305 Building12. I ordered and paid for sandals but when they arrived they were not as described and were far too small. I have been offered 20% refund and keep the items. Have decided to take this as I do not trust 'Mr Zeng' to give a full refund. This is not a trustworthy address

If you could give a zero I would do that for the purchase of men's shoes. They came from China but this was not indicated on the website and the US company will not respond to my email request for assistance. I will have to protest with my credit card company.

Ordered a Amythest necklace and pair of sandals. I believed the quality looked like the pictures shown,,, should have looked where shipping from... was SO disappointed when items arrived and I found they were junk!! Seller would only refund a small portion of purchase or I could pay to ship them back to China.. do NOT recommend... copy cat fake sellers...

Hello First off I totally accept that I own some of the the following disappointment. I ordered and received a pair of shoes from this company. I did read the return policy and accepted that I would be incurring the cost of a potential return. I did not understand that I would be receiving shoes that are markedly smaller than the size I always wear. The shoes were also not the quality listed in the description. Further, I did not understand nor do I feel it was transparent that the return would be to China. Now this company has 'offered' to give me 20%off another purchase and keep the shoes...ah no...never will order from this site again
