Top company👎🏽

Tried to order a gift for my boyfriend who lives in the US and I live in Europe. After 2 days for some reason they canceled my order because it didn’t align with their business terms. This is because I did not have a matching billing and shipping address.

Very inclusive!👏🏽

I guess no one outside of the US can order a gift for their loved one overthere.
And then also ignoring my mails…..

I love New Era’s hats, but their customer service sucks

I love New Era’s hats and I want to continue ordering but their customer service absolutely sucks. Their refund policy is nonexistent. I had a hat stolen and they told me since it was marked “delivered” there was nothing they could do. Mind you there was no real proof it was delivered. I hate the fact that they use Fed Ex; Fed Ex is the absolute worst delivery company. They need to do better.

This company sucks

This company sucks. They make nice hats, but I waited for over a month to get the hat I ordered. That's unacceptable. I sent them a message and got a quick response, but after that I got nothing from them for God knows how long until finally the hat was on the way.
It turns out they had some sort of internal processing error. Best practice – let the customer know as soon as the error is discovered.

Will nevee buy from New Era again

Will nevee buy from New Era again. After 4 weeks of waiting , I e mailed to cancel my order. Not possible. Waited another 2 weeks for shipping info, than they sent the same e mail everyday to be obnoxious. After I told them I will never buy another hat, they keep e mailing me to rate them. Again, just to be obnoxious. Worst customer experience ever. Crazy!

absolute worst customer service ever

absolute worst customer service ever! Ordered christmas gifts on 12/2, partial order received 12/22. Was missing two items so messaged customer service and even though the packing slip shows that two items are missing, i am being told that because of the weight of the package they believe everything was in there. This makes no sense what so ever! This is the worst experience from any online store.

Ok so I ordered a fitted cap from them

Ok so I ordered a fitted cap from them. I did not receive my merchandise. I reported it to fed ex. Fed ex stated that new era had to file a claim with them in order for me to get my money back or another cap sent. New Era told me they could not do anything and they were sorry. So They have my money and I have no cap. Do not order from them. They do not have a number to be reached and u have to email your concerns. Will not ever purchase from them again.

ZERO STARS!!

I would rate it zero stars if I had the option. Do not buy from them. Wrote them an email asking them when would my items be shipped, and they said I had to wait 7-10 business days. It had been over a month and I still wouldn’t get a tracking number. They were quick to charge my card as soon as my order was placed. Instead they should’ve waited and charged me once my order was shipped. They refused to cancel my order and didn’t want to give me a refund. Had to contact my bank and tell them my situation They were able resolve my issue right away. Such a bad experience. I will never buy from this place again!!

Don’t buy from them

Don’t buy from them! I purchased a hat that doesn’t fit my son and they will not exchange. $54 in the trash with brand new tags. Bad business man. Can’t believe companies operate like this. And they do not have a customer support number so now they can avoid all the poor service they offer.

Stained

Took 8 days to arrive after paying express shipping. Hat was a wedding gift for my fiance and came STAINED BROWN. Brown stains directly on the logo of the hat. Seahawks logo completely ruined and noticeably brown on a light colored hat. Paid $50 and I only make $9 an hour. Still waiting on customer service response, will take this further if I need too.

Update: I have since been funded an entire refund that same day. No wait, almost an hour of the email being sent I was refunded and told to keep my product. Very happy I could get this sorted out. Will be buying a bleaching pen and hoping that fixes the problem.

They sent the cap and it didn't fit.While they did send me the refund info, I was not able to return the cap. They said 60 days had past and now I could not return it. This was totally not true.Once I confronted them about this and offered proof, they refused to answer anymore emails. Guess I ate that $45.00.A total rip off company. Order somewhere else and pass it on.

If I could rate zero stars I would. This company is so full of shit. It says 7-10 business days and now it's been 16 business days and I still have not received a tracking number. Theyre talking about due to the holidays. Bullshit. They are a shady ass company full of crooks. I don't like being punked for my hard working money. I can't believe this company is still in business. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THESE THEIVES.

I ordered the Dallas Cowboys

I ordered the Dallas Cowboys, salute, 2024 hat. I never received it. They sent me some piece of shit, blue cap with Cowboys and yellow stitching around it. It looked like a cheap pos. Try reaching out to talk to somebody. They don't answer the phones that right? There is a red flag for me. Emailed him I've got 2 emails when they found out. I wasn't happy. They stopped all contact, so they do not get back in touch with you. When there's a problem, do not buy nothing.From this company got to be the worst one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. There's nothing but a bunch of liars .These companies like this should be put out of business.They should be sued for false advertisement. Consumers bewareThey're not going to get what you ordered.And they try to make it difficult to send anything back. I will be trying to find out what I have to do to report this company. They should be shut down immediately.How many other people are they doing this too

Endless wait for an order, absolutely horrible, non existent customer service. Avoid this site!

I really should have looked at this site, other sites about NewEra. com before placing my order back on Nov. 22, 2024. Yeah, after a sale email - promo code, I got sucked in! It's Dec. 17 and my order still shows "unfulfilled." Email sent to customer service on Dec. 12, STILL has not been answered. Phone number to call them is pointless. It's pretty clear this cap will not come before Christmas.

This company will spam email you to death with big sales, promo of products (especially now - during the holidays)...but it seems once you place an order with them,...they'll take your money and...well "that's that!"

I understand it is the Holidays, it's busy, ...yeah, well it happens every year....but I have placed many orders during the holiday season with many other company's in the past...with some longer wait time, it's not a big deal, I received myt orders, I've had mostly decent experience with other customer service. But New Era, I have NEVER had a terrible and flat out unprofessional experience like this!

We're not dealing with some dinky new company here, they've been around for decades and have a stranglehold, borderline monopoly on the MLB, other major sports leagues.

Simply put, if you want some hat as a gift - or for yourself because of ANOTHER promo email you may have received today (Dec.17), Good luck, I say totally avoid ordering from NewEra. com if you can!

I placed an order 11/11/2024 and it is now 12/16/2024 and my order still has not shipped. I have reached out 4 times and I keep getting the automated response. The longest I’ve ever waited from any online order in my life. I am at a loss.

When you're a THEIF!... You're automatically a LIAR!

Order was NEVER fulfilled!. New ERROR... Opps!.. New Era claimed they had a "heavy volume" and that I would be notified with shipping info when possible, of course that was after they stole over $300.00 dollars of my money. I have yet to receive the merchandise I ordered or a refund since early November, it is now December 16 and I've tried to contact Christopher Koch but when I found out he literally tried to kill someone by driving into them with his vehicle... I figured contacting him would be USELESS!!!. A SORRY CEO = A SORRY BUSINESS!. If there's a Class Action lawsuit against New Era Cap Company, I would most DEFINITELY love to be a part of it!!!.

Absolute trash company

Absolute trash company. They bombard you with emails about product, then when you order get ready to wait WEEKS to get your product. 10 business days just to put a hat that they make in a box and THEN your shipping time starts. I'll NEVER buy from new era again. I'll just use lids or official team stores. Purchased 2 hats on 12/2 its now 12/16 and my hats are still somewhere in PA while i wait in Seattle. Absolute garbage and the customer service as mentioned in other reviews is worthless as well. Hopefully my hats do arrive bc i have no faith on these clowns getting me a refund or replacement.

Suppose to be a gift

Paid for expedited 2-4 day shipping. I needed it by the 20th. As of today it’s been parked for more than 10 days. If I don’t get a response I’m contacting my credit card company and cancelling the order. This place is a joke. Never ordering from your company again.
