Quello che mi ha colpito maggiormente è stata la semplicità della piattaforma e la chiarezza delle condizioni, senza la sensazione di dover interpretare regole poco trasparenti. Il percorso di valutazione richiede disciplina e una buona gestione del rischio, ma mi è sembrato strutturato in modo equilibrato. Anche quando ho avuto bisogno di qualche informazione aggiuntiva, ho ricevuto risposte rapide e chiare.
