Gwenny is the BEST!

The New Fysic method and Gwenny my coach have helped me to lose 30kg and i feel great! After being told by my doctor that i was in the menopause and will never lose the weight i felt totally discouraged. I contacted New Fysic and Gwenny assured me that if i followed the plan i would reach my goal. Every week she had the biggest smile and motivating advice, always encouraging me not to give up. I have and will continue to recommend her to everyone i know, she is fantastic! Thanks Gwenny!
