I have not purchased from this company before. From the moment I placed my order the transaction was straightforward and user friendly.. I added a note asking if they could post it asap as I was eager for it to arrive before Mother’s Day. Yesterday my order arrived, it had only taken a few days to get here. The window box is very good quality and
looks authentic. The communication with this company was excellent and I would definitely try to use them again. Well done New Gardener.

Great company which I had not heard of before. I asked a question late one night, the answer was in my inbox the following morning at 9 am. I ordered a garden bag, it was delivered promptly and the bag was gratefully received by the recipient.
Excellent service and will use again.

My original order not being delivered by Evri, I contacted New Gardener who looked into this and within a week had sent out a replacement which has now been received. Good Cuustomer service
