Maybe not the marketer you've been looking for
My colleague reached out to Riccardo Filippo via email, and he responded promptly to the initial message.
Unfortunately, after a follow-up email was sent six days ago, this email did not receive any response.
This lack of communication is particularly disappointing given that he had previously requested to continue the conversation solely through email due to language differences.
If someone's English is not that good, how can he work in marketing?!
This makes it difficult to take the interaction seriously.
Now let's wait for the excuses of Riccardo in the comments :)
Edit: Riccardo Filippo couldn't answer my colleague but look how fast he answers to reviews!
My colleague sent him a very informative email that he couldn't answer but he says that he doesn't see the point of this review? This is rude and now you can see that he is indifferent about people who contact him

Siamo in ferie, ma abbiamo comunque risposto.
Francamente non capisco il senso di questa recensione. Sei giorni senza risposta durante il periodo di ferie non mi sembrano un dramma, soprattutto se la prima risposta è stata immediata.
Tra l'altro potevate sollecitare via mail visto che eravamo in fase di preventivo e non stavamo ancora seguendo il progetto.
Ripeto, non vedo davvero il senso di questa recensione.
EDIT: Di norma una recensione avviene dopo l'erogazione del servizio, non in fase di conoscenza e preventivo. In Italia si usa così.

We're on holiday, but we still responded.
Frankly, I don't understand the point of this review. Six days without a response during the holiday period doesn't seem like a drama, especially since the first response was immediate.
Moreover, you could have sent a follow-up email since we were in the quotation phase and weren't yet managing the project.
I really don't see the point of this review.
EDIT: Normally a review occurs after service delivery, not during the getting-to-know and quotation phase. This is how it works in Italy.
