I highly recommend Dani, she stood up for me when needed, she was able to suss out bad deals and is very knowledgeable about the property sector. We had regular catch ups where she was around to answer any questions I had.

She also put me in touch with good solicitors and mortgage brokers, which made the process a lot easier.

Lastly when she came to viewings with me she knew what kind of questions to ask the estate agents that I would not have been able to ask if i went to viewings alone.

I wish I knew about her service earlier.

There is so much content and information out there regarding property- but Dani walked me through each step, ensuring I understood what was happening and had the appropriate support.

She understood my vision and helped me navigate throughout. From the viewings, spotting issues I had not even considered! Right down to helping to negotiate the price when I put the offer in. The whole thing can be intimidating especially when its your first home, but with Dani I felt confident and well informed which helped me make the right decisions at the right time.

I genuinely don’t think I would’ve followed through and gotten my beautiful first home without Dani holding my hand through it all. She is super knowledgeable, relatable, quick and passionate about what she does.

What I particularly found helpful was understanding what to look out for and what to ask when viewing a property and how to quickly assess or determine if I was interested in putting in an offer (and what a reasonable offer was).
