Josh Taylor has been a wonderful tax consultant for me for a number of years. I have had some complex matters and disagreements with the IRS. Through it all, Josh has always been professional, thorough, timely, and an excellent communicator. If you are unsure about using New Leaf Tax please rest assured you are in good hands! TRUST me on this. I found myself in a very sticky situation. The IRS had drained all my accounts including my daughters that I was tied to. We were stuck in mammoth and had to use our credit cards to eat and get gas to get home. Once I got home I realized the IRS has assigned me to the meanest, rude agent you could ever come across. I called New Leaf and was very skeptical about using their service. I waited and stressed about this for about 6 weeks while the agent harassed me and wanted a 4K monthly payment. She would not budge! I lost sleep, I cried, I prayed and honestly thought I would never get out of this situation. I then realized I needed help. Professional help. I was assigned to Joshua Taylor. He was very comforting and honest about what he may be able to do for me. I had no option but to trust him and it was easy to do because he is very comforting and understood what I was going through. Within 48 hours my money was returned to me and he was the only one dealing with the horrible mean agent. THANK GOD. He then got my payments below half of what they wanted. Since then he has been more than willing to take my calls and answer any questions I may have. This is your guy! I promise you wont be disappointed.
