During the whole procedure we felt an extraordinary positive energy from the whole team. They resolved a pretty complex problem for us, with a high professional approach, where, as a result, after many years we have a son. We're so fortunate that we step into this clinic, therefore, a huge gratitude to Jelica (coordinator) and dr. Pantelis.

Newlife were recommended to us by a friend and we're glad they did. From the start the communication was clear, no question was too stupid and we were made to feel like people, not numbers. The advice we received was always in our best interests. We were never forced or pushed to do anything and there were no unnecessary tests pushed on us. Following our 2nd FET, we are currently 15 weeks +5 with our miracle baby. Thank you to all at Newlife. We wouldn't have got here without your help.

When you have had 6 attempts at IUI and IVF in the UK and all have failed "one last attempt" somewhere new just seems like the right thing to do, The staff at Newlife are just incredible, despite the fact that we were over 40 their attitude from minute 1 was incredible, it was never a case of "if" it was always "when" and sure enough our 20 month old son is a testament to their skill, so is his brother or sister who is due in mid 2023, its a simple fact that Newlife succeeded twice where others had failed, the job they do is remarkable, creating life and hope where none existed, We cannot thank the team enough.

We chose Newlife after recommendations and we are so happy that we did. The staff is very polite and helpful and was by our side all the way through the procedure. We want to specially mention Dr. Athanasios Pantelis who was our doctor. He went above and beyond to make our wish come true. The result: 3 weeks ago I gave birth to a baby boy.

I really can't recommend Newlife highly enough. They are professional, knowledgeable and competent, but equally importantly, they are friendly, helpful and caring. Throughout the whole IVF process, my husband and I felt so well looked after and they were always on hand to help or answer any questions, even outside of their work hours if something was urgent. The clinic itself is pristine and their high standards are evident in all aspects of their work. Most importantly, after years of trying, I am now pregnant for the first time ever, something I wasn't able to achieve by IVF in my home country. Thanks to Dr Dovas, Chrysa, our wonderful coordinator Dora and all the team at Newlife, we are finally looking forward to becoming a family.

I have had the oocyte vitrifacion with New Life IVF Greece, and am very glad I chose them.

They were professional from the very 1st video concultation, everything was well explained and coordinated with their partners in London, where I am based.

It also felt personal, my coordinator Katerina went an extra mile to calm/reassure me :) Everyone from the anaesthetician to the embryologist to the doctors (Anthi!) were so nice to me, making my solo journey through this less daunting.

Would recommend them any time, and considering doing the 2nd round with them again :)

NewLife were with me every step of the way on my journey and I felt so supported. Communication via phone and email was always available when I was starting my treatment in the UK and the everyone in the clinic were so friendly when I was in Greece. I would definitely recommend NewLife, you will be in good safe hands and it is in such a beautiful place of the world too. My only regret is not writing this review sooner, as I have been too tired with my NewLife inside my tummy :)

We are grateful and thankful to the IVF Newlife Clinic in Greece for giving us a chance to be a parent with our beautiful twins (boy and girl) after two years of struggle of infertility. Our little bundle of Joy “Our twins” were born in July 2022!

A friend of mine recommended IVF Newlife Clinic in Greece way back in 2018. After several exchanged emails to the clinic and face to face meeting here in London, we had decided to started the very first cycle in 2019. I was monitored here in London and only flying to IVF NewLife Clinic in Greece for egg/sperm collections etc.

We must admit it’s a best decision we ever made to continued trying and never give up after number of unsuccessful cycle. Chrysa always encouraged us and never get tired to answer all our questions. The IVF process was emotionally, mentally, physically and financially draining. But the whole NewLife team was very supportive, friendly and their professionalism were top notch! In additional to this the physical clinic was spotless super cleaned. We even had our private room for recovery (which other clinic don’t have).

Dr Dovas and Chrysa Karakosta and Maria were very helpful and they take our case very seriously. I can’t thank them enough and all the NewLife team for all the advised, their professionalism and guided us in our long journey.

Our beautiful twins are now 3 months old and we are still over the moon. The happiness they gave us everyday are priceless. Great things happen to those who don't stop believing, trying, learning, and being grateful.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our entire IVF treatment at Newlife. The communication is spotless and we always felt so well taken care of. Every step was explained clearly and in essence we never had to worry about anything. Dr.Dovas, Chrysa and Thaleia were at our side all the time.
The clinic in Thessaloniki is a marvel. We are sorry we spent our time and our money in UK clinics and we didn't go straight to Newlife.

New life is an absolutely incredible clinic, really kind, professional and compassionate from the very first contact. The team utilise video consults and face to face consultations brilliantly to make treatment abroad feel much less daunting. New life really go above and beyond, by clinically providing exceptional individualised care, and even helping up to the tiny details like organising taxis and giving travel recommendations! We truly cannot thank or recommend them enough.

Having tried a well known national IVF clinic in the UK (funded by NHS), I can honestly say, the difference is night and day. At the British clinic we felt they were using the same protocols for us as everyone else, they didn’t take on any of the learnings we gleaned from our first round at Newlife and even discredited the approach suggested by Newlife for our next round, which turned out to be the key to improving my egg numbers. We were delighted that our third round of IVF worked, but even if it hadn’t, I would have no hesitation in recommending Newlife. The team at Newlife are attentive, caring and honest and I have complete faith in them. We also had two great holidays in welcoming, beautiful, Greece, which we will never forget.

I opted for Greece and Newlife in Thessaloniki after a very careful research and five failed attempts with my own eggs in other two IVF Clinics. I have chosen Newlife because of the outstanding warm and professional attitude, reasonable timeframe for egg donation and also because I was convinced that Newlife applies the latest scientifically proved medical methods. It was quite a journey but Chrysa's and Ermina's support was incredible,- communication and support beyond expectations and sometimes beyond working hours. If I had a doubt, I have always received an immediate answer (email or call) which made a world of difference in terms of psychological/emotional impact when doubts consume you or you beat yourself up for mistake made in your treatment plan. Dr. Dovas ensured that the embryotransfar was carried out in optimal conditions for my individual case which also led to additional exams and time but it has proven to be the right strategy as I got pregnant with one attempt with egg donation and I am 30 weeks pregnant (indeed, overview long due). Since some exams were done at distance in my country of origin, other IVF specialists were involved but in case of conflicting medical opinions Dr. Dovas was always right. I am grateful and very happy that I have always trusted his judgement. If after a difficult journey you are looking for a IVF clinic where you will receive the best possible medical and professional treatment, all your questions will be answered during the complete process, where you will feel emotionally supported and treated with empathy as well as with a pinch of optimism, Newlife is the Clinic for you! I cannot wait to meet my baby girl!

We were struggling to become parents for five years. Every IVF ended with miscarige. Then we found out that we need PGD (genetic testing of the embryo before implantation). So we looked on internet Clinics in Greece (because its close to our country) and we found out NEWlife Clinic. So we send our medical history and asked for help. They contacted us in 24h and scheduled online meeting with doctor and language translator. Doctor Dovas was really nice and professional, he explained everything to us. He dedicated his time and knowledge to our case. We succseded on first attempt, I am now 20 weeks pregnant.
Even if we didn't succseded in our attempt I would highly recomend NEWlife Clinic to everybody because even the distsnce of more than 600 km everything worked perfectly (with help from Jelica Bukvic). They reminded us about the therapy protocol, answered evry our email with new analysis and ultrasound. Doctor Dovas motivated me to continue with my everyday activity. They were equaly dedicated to me and my partner.

From the bottom of my heart i cant thank the team in Newlife enough. They made the process very straightforward. I submitted my paperwork in January 2022. 2 visits to the clinic i was pregnant by August. Throughout the process Chrysa , Dr Dovas & Ermina our midwife supported us from start to finish. Ive been trying to get pregnant for nearly 17 years. ive had alot of losses. But today i nearly 9 weeks pregnant. i will be spreading the good word of Newlife clinic to anyone having fertility issues.. Thank you team for your hard work.

My desire to have a child came in 2019, so my research about the right IVF clinic started.
After many contacts with clinics in Europe, I decided to start the process in a clinic in Athens.
Unfortunately, things didn’t go at all well with that clinic. I lost time, energy and money.
I continued on my research via Internet, and I came across with very good reviews for NewLife clinic. I also got positive feedback from an acquaintance person about NewLife and I decided to call them.
From the first contact I had with them, they made me feel comfortable, paid attention into my case, showed empathy to my previous bad experience and they adjusted everything to my age’s and geolocation needs.

NewLife clinic consists of professionals and experienced doctors, embryologists, midwives and call center. Their clinic is well organized, you can reach them via phone call or email. If your doctor /midwife is not available at that time, another doctor /midwife will support you the soonest.
All the checkups that are needed, are performed inside their clinic, which is very convenient for a foreign. The clinic is very clean, has modern facilities and very good laboratories.
Furthermore, NewLife clinic has variety of treatments for different needs, they are transparent as well as with all process steps, eg they give you detailed embryo development report with photos.

After my medical history’s review by their team, I had a Skype video call with Dr. Dimitrios Dovas (Obstetrician-Gynaecologist) to discuss in detail about my case and inform me how things work in their clinic. He answered all my questions and gave me alternative positive options (based on medical studies and reality) when other doctors never shared.
I also had a second consultation via phone call with Mrs. Chrysa Karakosta (Clinical Embryologist) to get some extra information about my embryos transfer from the other clinic and their maintenance in their clinic.
Additionally, I had many calls with Mrs. Katerina Zgorani (Midwife) through my whole process. From the beginning she helped me to make a plan according to my cycle, embryos transfer and travelling/ accommodation, till the end of all the medical prescriptions and treatments I had to follow.
Besides the calls I had with the doctors I would like to stress the quality of NewLife’s Call Center. My contact person was Mrs. Monica Lera, she was always polite and patient with me when I was stressed and confused with the process.

As a single parent, traveling abroad and having already a bad experience, I would describe my experience with NewLife clinic remarkable! I feel that I got the right decision to trust them and continue with them and make my dream reality.
