Such an outstanding experience. Very professional yet warm and welcoming. While visiting from aboard we were never misguided in our travels or given false hope, medically. I highly recommend this facility and group of professionals for anyone in need of infertility assistance. I wish I could give 10stars - they are truly wonderful.

My partner and I feel like IVF veterans, having had x4 failed previous rounds of IVF in the UK.
By the time we met with the Newlife clinic we had had 5 initial consultations with ivf clinics both in the UK and abroad, but this one was different! Both Chrysa (embryologist) and Dr Dovas (fertility consultant) were on hand to answer any questions we had. Never before had we enjoyed the luxury of two health professionals giving us their full time and attention, and this is where Newlife stands out. The consultation was extremely helpful as Dr Dovas could address questions regarding my health and Chrysa could discuss concerns that we'd had about our previous embryos failing. It made sense that two different Specialists were available to discuss our questions, but this is simply not routine procedure in most ivf clinics. To top it off, this consultation was also free!!
The Newlife team also demonstrated great integrity. They recommended keeping things simple and did not add on any extra expensive tests/procedures/protocols. For example, one other clinic in Athens advised that we should use donor sperm. Chrysa advised us that that was not necessary and that she would work her magic! She did!! At day 5, we had x5 AA blastocysts to play with.
I had my transfer last week so I have no idea if I'm pregnant yet, but I feel so strongly that this is a professional clinic whose staff demonstrate great integrity, kindness and genuine interest in their clients.

We went to New life after having multiple failed IVF rounds at a reputable clinic in the UK we never got a single positive pregnancy test. By the time we researched and found Newlife I didn’t even think I could get pregnant.
After speaking with Dr Dovas and Chyrsa it gave me and my husband hope and we embarked on a journey to start our fourth round of IVF.
We were shocked that we fell pregnant on the first round. Sadly that round ended in a miscarriage.
We had a second round with them and got the maximum number of embryos we have ever had. We are over the moon that we have had our first ever viable pregnancy which is going well. I can say from the treatment we have received we couldn’t have asked for a more professional and world class team. From the Drs to all the nursing staff and coordinators they always give 100 percent.
The treatment they delivered was always personalised and nothing was left to chance. After years of heart ache we have finally got the ending we wanted so badly. I will always be greatful for finding this amazing clinic and for the care they gave us.

After so many yers of frustration for not being able to conceive thank to a friend we got to know about this amazing clinic ! Compared to some of the other clinics we got in touch with this one is much higher level! The care and attention we received not just from Chrysa but from all the rest of the team both before, during and after the treatment was outstanding.
The service we received was out of this world. All started during the covid-19 lock down ... with all the difficulties and worries of the situation but Chrysa always made us feel fine and supported! After our initial Skype chat, we felt in very good hands and decided to go for it. We could not visit the clinic to run the preliminary tests but we had aniway a super accurate assistance and comunication. when we finally arrived in Thessaloniki we were blown away by what we saw. A bright, scrupulously clean clinic with super friendly and professional staff. We also could contact them whenever we needed them (and we always had the answers within few hours). We really appreciated also their honesty!
I’m happy to say that despite my age we were blessed to conceive on our first attempt at New Life.

I learnt about Newlife IVF from someone who had recently used the service and had a good experience.

From my first consultation, I knew I was in good hands. My options and costs were explained to me in a clear and concise way. All the information given to me was in a format I could understand and all my fears allayed.

The testing and some of the procedures were carried out in London, which was convenient for me.

The staff were kind and caring. I never felt like just a number or statistic. Overall, everything was less expensive as fully carrying out everything in England (holiday included).

I would recommend Newlife IVF to anyone who needs to take the IVF journey with people who really care about the outcome.

Truly impressed with this clinic! Compared to some of the other clinics I have experienced in London this one is in a league of its own. The care and attention I received not just from Chrysa and Dr Dovas - but the rest of the team both before, during and after my treatment was outstanding. I can not recommend this IVF clinic enough.

It would be very easy to measure a clinic on whether you’ve had success with IVF however, I think it’s much more important to base it on the service you received. The service we received was out of this world, from the moment we had our first Skype consultation to all the appointments and treatments at the clinic and all the correspondence in between. Going abroad for treatment was a huge decision for us however, after years of poor treatment in the UK, we just knew we had to try something different. We researched lots of clinics but I kept coming back to Newlife and after an initial Skype chat, we felt in very good hands and decided to go for it. We visited the clinic to run some preliminary tests and were blown away by what we saw. A bright, scrupulously clean clinic with super friendly and professional staff. We dealt with Chrysa and Dr Dovas from day 1 and they were so hands on - nothing was too much trouble and we could contact them whenever we needed them (and we always had the answers we needed the next day). Both are so experienced and having worked extensively in the UK, there was no problem with language. We instantly felt so comfortable in their company and trusted their advice. The one thing we really appreciated was their honesty, instead of trying to encourage us to implant sub standard embryos or sell us lots of unproven treatments, they kept the treatment simple and concentrated on proven techniques.
I’m happy to say that after 4 attempts in the UK, we were blessed to conceive on our first attempt at New Life. We have since returned for a sibling which we have also been very fortunate to conceive although, it did take us 3 attempts. Despite this, we wouldn’t have ever considered going anywhere else for treatment - sometimes things don’t align and as disappointing as it was, we were determined to carry on treatment with New Life.
We can’t recommend the team at New Life more highly - we just wish we’d have found them sooner.

Two weeks ago our baby boy was born. It is truly a miracle and we were grateful to Newlife IVF Greece for that.
On arrival at the Clinic we were impressed by the facilities and the warm welcome from all the staff, who spoke excellent English. Our experience could not have been made any easier from start to finish. Although this is a stressful and emotional time, the reassurance and care we were given allowed us to be more relaxed.

The doctors, nurses, embryologist explained all the procedures, gave us time to ask any questions and made sure we were completely happy before treatment commenced. Our treatment was successful on our 1st attempt ( first transfer on the very first cycle) and I can only say that this team ( amazing Doctors, especially Chrysa Karakosta and Anthi Stamkopoulou, Nurses and Coordinators) have enabled our dream to come true.

Being from the U.S.A. I always thought we had the best doctors in the world especially being from New York, but Greece has proved that to be wrong. After going through several of failed IVFs and miscarriages I heard about New Life and Dr. Dovas. The professionalism the staff at this facility shows and how caring every individual is can’t even be described, this is state of the art facility I never felt more safe and cared for. I was very hesitant going to another country for a medical procedure being in the medical field myself but after being in Thessaloniki at New Life I was at ease after meeting everyone and seeing the facility. I traveled to Greece in October of 2019 did the start to finish IVF protocol they have at New Life and came back to the states pregnant.I finally just delivered July 11,2020 a healthy baby boy that Dr. Dovas, Chrysa (best embryologist) and his nurse Maroula helped my biggest dream come true. All the nurses are extremely caring and go above and beyond to meet your needs at any given hour the staff is available even when not in the facility it’s simply amazing. All through my pregnancy they kept intouch made sure I was ok and feeling ok and we’re still always available for me even being hundreds of thousands of miles away. I highly recommend New Life and Dr. Dovas. Thank you for being the best and giving me the best miracle and blessing I could of been given.

I cannot fault Newlife. As soon as we started our treatment we were looked after so well. The team are so friendly, professional, spoke excellent English and always kept in touch regulary and were always available if I needed to speak with someone.
We cannot thank them all enough for making our dream come true and would highly recommend them for anyone who is considering going abroad for treatment.

Our experience has been simply amazing from start to finish. Communications were outstanding- something that is really important when there are so many questions in your head, or when you need something urgently. The care was also outstanding- but we knew it would be when we had a first consultation. The team enjoy what they do and truly undertsand the emotional impact fertility issues brings. Yes, there are many clinics to choose from, but they have that extra pinch of magic that makes them stand out from the rest. I do know they have great results and it's not surprising. I could say so much more about the whole process- but I will leave it at that, and wish you too will experience the lovely care yourself, and meet the amazing staff! Give them your trust and they will do everything they can to help you.

After wasting 3 years in money-hungry, unethical fertility clinics in Toronto, I was reluctant to try again. However, my experience with Newlife was completely different from beginning to end. I was treated humanely, I was assisted at every anxious moment, and I was supported throughout the process. I could list a hundred little things the staff did to comfort and help us, but I will just say that I felt respected and valued as a human being rather than a paycheque. I wish I could tell every woman that is struggling that it is possible to fulfill your wish for a child; it does not have to be as complicated and depressing as the clinics in Toronto have made it. In Greece, every question was answered, every protocol was explained; hope and positivity were the strategy. I am so grateful to Chrysa, Maroula, Dr. Dovas and the whole team that did so much to help our family!

Newlife is a fantastic clinic I can’t praise them enough! After many expensive failed rounds in the UK and feeling like just another number I found Chrysa at NewLife she was warm and supportive.. I couldn’t have got through my fertility journey without her. Chrysa promised to make me a mother and that she did. On my fourth round of IVF with NewLife I got a positive result which ended with a baby daughter. Dr Dovas was also incredible very straight talking and to the point which I appreciated, the entire team work so hard at the centre which is spotless and modern. I can’t say enough about this clinic! We cannot say enough positive things about this clinic. The staff are exceptional. They treated us with so much care and empathy and the commication was fantastic. I continually bombarded chrysa and maroula with questions and worries and they continued to guide and reassure us throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The clinic is spotless yet has a warm homely feeling. After many failed attempts the loss of our daughter and many miscarriages the new life team gave us our family. Twin boys who are now 7 months. We had been married for fifteen years but couldn't have a baby for some reason. After having two unsuccessful IVF treatments in the UK we decided to go to The Newlife IVF Greece in 2019.

My wife got pregnant after the first IVF treatment at the Newlife Center and finally, after waiting fifteen years, we have become the proud parents of a beautiful baby girl. She was born in February, 2020 and is four months old now.

Choosing Newlife for my IVF treatment was the best decision I ever made. We now have twin boys after just one transfer (also our very first cycle) and we are over the moon to finally have our family after 10 years of heartache and sadness. The team are exemplary and cannot do enough for you. They are knowledgeable, empathize with you and hold your hand through every step.

Don't even consider any other place. NewLife is a small, high-end clinic, with incredible success rates across all age groups. The people at Newlife have been incredible with guiding our IVF process. We live outside of Greece (USA) and in the beginning we were a bit apprehensive if this could work. Having experienced one unsuccessful cycle in the US, we didn't expect much. Let me tell you this. Don't even try IVF at any other place, even if you live abroad. Newlife is incredible. Totally worth the stay in beautiful Thessaloniki, and the center offers very personal communication, and updates across every single step of the way. Let me also say that the price range for the treatments is order of magnitudes lower than the US (eg 1 cycle in the US costs around 7-10 cycles at newlife!) We were lucky to get 5 blastocysts with one cycle, had a successful pregnancy with the first transfer of 1 embryo, and now we have an amazing healthy baby girl! Our life has changed because of them, and we have our little bundle of joy that we always hoped for. There are not enough words to express our gratitude towards everyone at NewLife. THANK YOU so much.
