Dreadful customer experience

I have no words to explain how I feel shopping there, asked for an item on the mannequin only to be told company policy won't let them take items off them, popped in today lady laughing with her colleague at the till point(walked away when we approached) 2nd time on another visit I made there too, my items were just put on the counter in an abrupt manner no Customer interaction at all even my husband commented how bad we were served there. Im very disappointed and will never shop there again sadly.

Disappointing visit

Disappointing visit. Every item of clothing I picked out was either stained, had holes in or the zip was broken. The prices were high (I.e. £25 for a hoodie or £20 for a top). There's no way I'd pay that much for damaged goods. Not when I can travel less than half a mile down the road to MacArthur Glen Outlet Village, where I bought a good quality (Saltrock) hoodie in perfect condition for £28. I used to visit Newlife a lot, I love shopping in charity shops. Admittedly I haven't been for a few years, but I won't be back, sorry.

I have shopped here for several years…

I have shopped here for several years and have purchased a lot of quality clothing at bargain prices. But recently the prices have become extortionate with many products that were cheaper to purchase in stores in the sales.
Newlife !! You have become very greedy and I will be avoiding you in the future.

GREEDY children's charity refusing sensible offers

This CHARITY has over 1000 items currently for sale on ebay. I have sent a generous offer on an item and there is no budge on price even though the listings say best offers welcome. The items they are selling were donated free of charge for other large retailers so youd think that anything back would help the childrens charity, This is why there has been a decline in cash/card donations due to GREED.

Disappointed

Disappointed, haven't been for several years I shouldn't have bothered.

At £12.99 a top it's a tad more expensive than a charity store. There seemed to be what looked like second hand clothes rather than shop seconds. With some boots at £25 and a jacket at £24 I didn't really feel like I got a bargain. After spending more than £75 on 3 items, they asked me if I wanted to make a donation. I know it's for charity but I'm really not rolling in it.

Helpful staff

I visited this store mid week it was still busy despite everyone supposed to be at work
I found a few items I wanted but a couple were the wrong size, i stopped an assistant who managed to help even tho she was busy filling the rails and stores items up and went out of her way to provide the best store experience I have received in a long time
Andrea is a credit to your store and hope that other staff follow the same training as this lady
I will visit again soon to see other bargains I can purchase keep up the great work all
