Google..Newlook holiday report Slovak Spectator..they charge you double and keep half your money, yes the procedure still seem cheap but not as cheap as they should be, they are a third party, there is no hospital called Newlook, they just book you in at a clinic of their choice. Find out the clinic and book them directly.

We have tried contacting New Look Holidays for over a month on many platforms but have been ignored. My Partner has had a big problem with one of her boobs being deformed and they now seem to have gone into hiding after having initially spoken with Lenka who had said she would get back in touch, after we provided our email address, in order to sort out revision to put things right. One of the implants has become deformed and we are simply trying our best to get this sorted as it’s greatly affecting my Wife’s confidence. We would ask that the manager please contact us so we can get this sorted and we don’t have to have any bad experiences, as I’m sure they would be willing to put things right. From receiving information during my research, right up until the day I left Slovakia, the agency and the hospital have been amazing 🤩
Very polite and accommodating. Lenka, the lady that arranged everything has been a little diamond 💎. Such a lovely lady, good at her job and will answer everything with reassurance.

The treatment and care I received was outstanding. The hospital was clean and well kempt, infection control standards were A 😀 class. This is coming from a nurse in the Uk so I knew what to look for.

I would receive text messages asking how I was daily. My Surgeon was DR Gajdos. I had a breast lift and tummy tuck. He also had an amazing team of nurses that worked well together, they work so hard.

I was taken to and from the hospital for appointments. I was picked up and dropped back to the airport on my day of return back to the uk.

So happy with my results and the way I was looked after. Slovakia is also a lovely country. I stayed 8days. Plenty to eat and do. What a beautiful city. Will visit again for shopping and to relax. I’m well rested.

This is my second surgery with New Look. Doctor and clinic were different to the previous one. I assume that depending on what you need you are referred to a specific clinic. This doctor was younger but experienced, self confident, made me feel at ease, and the nurse who attended me was very caring, even holding my hand to calm my nerves (I'm not a brave person). And results are amazing! since the surgery no one else looked at me as if I had had a sleepless night. Not even the child whose comment was the last push I needed to go through. Oh, children don't lie!
I spent a week in Kosice, a quiet city, perfect to be on my own while recovering from surgery. Chances of bumping into some acquaintance is zero, which is reassuring too and, believe me, after surgery you don't want people around you making plans.
Back home nobody noticed any redness, inflammation or scar. Of course there were still some, but they are easy to hide. Two weeks later I was not even wearing make up.

This 2nd Review is for my Nurse Simone she went above and behond for me so caring she spent the night with me in the clinic after I had just having surgery . So professional and just a lovely caring person my night after surgery wouldn’t off been as relaxing without My nurse Simone there so thank you so much . The only negative comment I have is I wish when I left the clinic when I was discharged I was giving a care package with tape and some medical spray to keep my scar clean I didn’t receive this or a fresh garment as mine was very bloody .. other than this 100% for my experience so if anyone is reading this and want to go under the knife do it don’t hesitate I didn’t and I couldn’t be happier so from myself thank you so much to DR Godja Simone and all the staff at New Look Holidays .

Well what can I say about New Look holidays I flew over from ireland not knowing what to expect . I was so nervous I met my Admin Michael at the airport he brought me to my hotel and picked me up the next day to meet my Surgeon Dr Godja . Michael was so professional and respectful I was a bundle off nerves . This all changed when I met Dr Godja and his Team . I was made feel so comfortable at my consultation and I can’t thank Dr Godja for giving me the body I’ve always wanted . I’m going home with so much confidence in my self yes I’m swollen as to be suspected but if you are thinking off comming to New Look Holidays don’t hesitate just do it you will not regret your decision .

For anyone considering the scary/exciting prospect of cosmetic surgery i can 100% recommend using New Look Slovakia for your treatment. From the enquiry process through to the operation and follow up care, everything was taken care of for me. The surgeon i had was world class and one of only two surgeons in Slovakia who could do the face lift i had. i am absolutely thrilled with the results. Dr Gajdos is an artist and his attention to detail exemplary.
Michael and Lenka supported me before the surgery with comprehensive information and reassurance to calm my nerves. They have been doing this for over 10 years so have alot of experience of doing this for clients from abroad and the UK.
i booked an apartment via Airbnb in the centre of Kosice which was perfect for my recuperation.
a superb experience from start to finish and i feel fabulous having done this.

Extremely impressed with the whole experience! I was originally jubious about getting cosmetic surgery abroad for the first time. However, I would 100% recommend it. I had vaser liposuction on my chin, that had been bothering me for years. I received a lot of support from Lenka for booking accommodation and flights. On arrival I was met by Michal, who was my rep for the week and did my transfers and took me to appointments etc, he was really lovely, helpful and put me at ease throughout. The surgeon was also lovely, and my surgery was pain-free, as initially as was a bit anxious having surgery under local anaesthetic, however, it was absolutely fine and saved me money. I had my surgery 2 weeks ago, and felt well enough to to a bit of travelling in Slovakia afterwards. I am happy with the results and it will change my life, once my body has healed. Wish I had this done years ago, 100% recommend the company. So much cheaper than having it done in the UK.

Firstly, I must say that I chose New Look Holiday because the price was many THOUSANDS cheaper in price than it would have cost in the UK. Despite being apprehensive about the difference in price reflecting the treatment and service I was about to receive, I quickly realised I was in very good hands. Michal the representative of New Look Holiday met me at the airport with my name on a sign. He was very professional and friendly. Before dropping me off to my hotel, he took me to a shop to buy some much needed groceries. I was dripped off to my hotel and informed about the next steps which was a full medical to determine whether I was safe to go under anesthetic for the double procedure. Having passed this medical, Michal once again took me shopping and recommended I visit the town of Kostice before I have my surgery as I would need to rest after that.

The day of the surgery was swift and easy. Within 30 minutes of arriving at the hospital, I was put under anesthetic and operated on. The surgeon also flattened out a rather gnarly scar I have had since birth free of charge! So technically I had 3 procedures. Amazing!

Yes, I had some complications after surgery which is always to be expected but I was in very good hands. The two reps, Michal and Lenka were constantly in touch with me to check on my well-being whilst I spend the remainder of my time recovering in my hotel room. I was in very good hands!

Long story short, I highly recommend New Look Holiday for ANYONE suffering from insecurities due to undesirable body features. You will receive the same results and care in Slovakia ad you would in the UK however, you will be saving many thousands of pounds in cost.

After 2 and a half years I finally got my money back off these charletons, later than promised. I had to contact their Government Ministers before they responded to my numerous emails, whatsapp messages and phone calls and now they have the gaul to email me asing me to take my comments down off social media and Trustpilot!!! Before flying to Slovakia-Košice,I was anxious and really nervous about procedure and process of flying to a different country, after so many research I have picked the best one out of them all..With the best coordinator's Lenka and Michal..My journey and surgery was all planned months before surgery..Amazing services from Start to finish..I went to Dr.Gajdoš and Amazing team for a much needed tummy tuck,muscle repair and liposuction..For my own experience as a patient,I was so grateful to the professionalism, kindness and caring from Team..1 week after surgery, my recovery has been going well and my results are exactly what I had hoped for..I was so pleased with services I received ❤️..I would highly recommend as my experience was amazing..

I had a breast reduction and full tummy tuck surgeon mr turpin? It was the best thing iv ever done wish I'd done it years ago my new breasts are fantastic a wow my tummy tuck to I'd recommend it so go for it change for life .but remember to stay longer ie I4 days so i had stitches out there

Before undergoing the face and neck lift that Dr Turkin did for me I was very nervous about the entire process. Having completed it I can only recommend the clinic, the surgeon and the ancillary staff involved. From start to finish the process went like clockwork - communication was honest, detailed and meticulous and the preparation, surgery, treatment and care was faultless. I am also delighted with the results which look very natural. I would have no hesitation in recommending New Look Holidays and would like to thank Daniela, Michael and Dr Turkin for their great work and care.

I was recommended by a friend as she had such a good experience with this clinic and received good results from her surgery. Daniela was very helpful as she organised everything and gave in-depth advice and information on what to expect from the procedure and the experience. She helped with booking flights, recommending accommodation and the best after care products. The whole trip was organised very well as I was told what I was doing on each day with a schedule. She was amazing! I was greeted by Michael at the airport who was very friendly and welcoming, he made us feel at ease.
Michael drove us to the doctors where he had arranged for me to get my pre-operational tests done, afterwards to took us to the shops so we could go food shopping before taking us to the apartment. He was very helpful in driving us to and from the clinic and helping us navigate our way around Košice. Dr Jarmila Hudakova who performed my operation was excellent, she has lots of experience and explained to me the best option for my procedure, she was very friendly and made me feel at ease the whole time. The overnight stay at the clinic was good as the clinic itself was very clean and modern, with overnight staff who were very friendly and supportive. Overall the experience was excellent as they made me feel safe and stress free during the whole trip and have been very helpful staying in touch post-operation to ensure I have a good recovery. I would 100% recommend!!

Use a .co.uk domain when Slovakia
They are not registered with CQC and fail to provide any details of their "registrations" They discriminate against disabled and do not practice basic disease control

Avoid Dr Turkin and New Look Holidays or pay a price for your health!
I booked a tummy tuck and left with a major infection and then spent four weeks in an NHS hospital trying to have the infection removed. The scars I’ve been left with are absolutely horrendous and I wish I’d never gone through with it because what I have now is worse than ever. Dr Turkin knew something wasn’t right when I was discharged but I was made to walk to the apartments (no car available) and walk up three flights of stairs to collect my bags for my flight home. No after care what so ever. How he’s still practicing is shocking. Avoid avoid avoid! I wouldn’t want anyone else to have half the awful experience I did.

What an amazing experience I've had with New Look Holiday! They look after you from the moment you enquire about surgery to picking & dropping you off at the airport. I'm already in love with my new nose and the pain was extremely minimal.

I had a very good experience with New Look Holiday. They offered 24/7 support through the whole thing. Dr Turkin is a very skilled surgeon and was very honest for me to have realistic expectations of the results.
I genuinely wouldn't have been able to access this surgery in the UK, it was a quarter of the price in Slovakia and the results are really good.
I highly recommend this service and once I save up again, I will most certainly get another procedure with them.

I was a bit sceptical going abroad for surgery, however after a lot of research and dithering I chose New look holidays.
I have to say from day one they were amazing.
Daniela who had arranged everything for me was so helpful, she also made things very easy for me.
I had personal chauffeurs to and from the airport and chauffeurs to take me to and from the clinic.
The surgery was undertaken by Dr Turkin who was just so charming and reassuring.
The results of Dr Turkins work are just great even though it’s still healing.
I’d have no hesitation in using this clinic again.
