From start to finish the process was seamless and procedure was very straightforward and professional staff are amazing especially Fatima who is always on hand if you have any queries I would gladly recommend the clinic for any dental work that is required

I came to new look smile for a natural look and nothing to bright and I am absolutely over the moon with my teeth.

From the airport transfers and the transfers to and from the dentist and also the constant communication from Fatma and the team has made my experience as smooth as possible and I would highly recommend new look smile.

Can I also thank Chris Byrne in the uk for making the whole thing come together for me and also gives confidence and help back home.

I have waited over a week to write my review as I feel we have to be honest in anything to do with our teeth. Aesthetically my teeth look amazing. I did have really good teeth before alas they had bonding on top. I waited a week to see if the tenderness disappeared, I can honestly say it really has. For two years I have done my do diligence in searching for the right dentist. New Look were amazing from the first telephone consultation with Oliver all the way through to the friendly text checking I arrived home safely. I can say this is not your average Turkey dentist trying to sell a package you do not need. The consultation, preparation & results are 10/10. The process is quite uncomfortable as is expected when going through any dental treatment albeit the professionals try to make you as comfortable as possible. I have nothing but praise for every member of staff at New Look as it is a full team effort to achieve such outstanding results. I am a true believer you get what you pay for and New Look may well not be the cheapest in Turkey but they are certainly the best & all their materials they use are 5 star.
Do your own homework. From me I would 100% recommend New Look.

Ive recently returned from my trip with New Look and i honestly couldnt recommend them enough. My whole trip was co-ordinated superbly, i knew exactly what was happening from start to finish and nothing was ever too much trouble. Fatma the clinic manager was lovely and made sure i felt at ease the whole time (woman travelling alone) im so so happy with the finished result and i will definitely be recommeding them to everyone, and to top it off the cost was less than a quarter of what i would have paid here! I also wanted to mention Chris who owns the clinic but lives in the uk, he was on the other end of the phone to help with anything day or night. Overall a fantastic experience at new look smile 10/10

I started my journey in February 25, my treatment plan consisted of 23 EMAX crowns, 2 bridges and an implant. After extensive research I decided to go with New Look Smile (official) be careful there are others trying to trade off the same name. Initially I had a face to face consultation in Manchester, they gave me a plan and a price which I was happy with. Due to my grinding I decided to go with the EMAX crowns as they are extremely durable. From the VIP transfers, dentists, surgeons, receptionist and auxiliary staff I have nothing but praise and can’t thank them enough. The hotel I stayed at on my initial stay was ok but that’s about it. On my second stay when I had my crown attached to my implant, the hotel (the Ramada by Wyndham at Antalya) was outstanding. Fatma, who’s official title is clinic receptionist goes above and beyond, she is one of the nicest people I have ever met, nothing is too much trouble for her, she is a beautiful person, inside and out.
So it’s been a year since my first visit and now my implant is united with its new crown. One year later, no concerns no worries no complications. I feel fantastic, no bad teeth just a cracking natural looking set of teeth which has taken me 50 years to get done. Happy is an understatement. This was my 2nd visit to New Look Smile, i had upper implants and lower bridgework, couldn't be happier. From Ada on front off house to the surgeon, cosmetic dentist and technician, they all did a fantastic job. Also to Fatma for arrangjng our hotel,transport etc would highly recomend this clinic to anyone wishing a new smile.

I have just returned from my second visit to new look, 6 months after having implants fitted. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anybody wanting to have their teeth done!
From the minute I booked right up until i left (and warming messages afterwards!) I was treated so well by everybody there!
The dentist is so gentle & is constantly asking are you ok and explaining everything fully using brilliant English!
Fatima on the reception desk is an absolute gem!

Everyone at the clinic is friendly, professional and honest-
On arrival to my hotel, the receptionist told me what a fabulous and popular clinic I had choose so that was the first step of reassurance!
I was extremely nervous at first but EDA made me so relaxed and was so kind, and stayed with me through my treatment.FATMA was extremely organised and friendly and my dentist GÖKSU & assistants were so lovely and gentle- always checking I was ok! Spoke good English and were all Like a little family! Always smiling, always having conversation and laughs!
Everything from pick ups, to X-rays, to treatment, ran like clockwork.
The clinic is clean and modern! And the area is beautiful with lots to do! (Restaurants, shops, hotels and bars & beach)
I had zero pain and love my new teeth (crowns) which are extremely natural…I’ve had so many compliments! Also included a night guard to take home to maintain my crowns.
Nothing was too much trouble- I met lots of people who couldn’t fault the clinic & service also!
The drivers too are amazing, punctual and friendly, always there to take you around! They even dropped my partner back to the airport as he had to leave my trip early.
The price was extremely reasonable for the service you get and honestly, I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking from minor work to more invasive.
From whitening, to implants they have treatments for everything and listen to what you want!
After researching for a very long time, I’m so glad I chose new look smile-I have passed it on to a lot of my friends and family and will continue to do so!
Deciding on cosmetic work abroad is a lot to take in & commit to, but with this clinic it was an absolute breeze and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
