Now choosing New look smile as my clinic. I was worried going to turkey so did my research and found the best clinic, whom I can hand on heart say was excellent from my initial consultation here in the UK.
To the communication on what’s app booking travel, airport pick ups, to every member of staff who played a part in my journey to complete implants.

The staff go above and beyond to ensure you feel comfortable and looked after in every aspect. Every member of staff need a mention as from the VIP pick up drivers, reception staff, co-ordinator, consistent, surgeon, assistants, impressionists (Barishk) head dentists, and cafe servers. They all play an important part in your visits procedures and end results. They are professional, friendly, precise in meeting your needs and completing your smile. That they will not let you leave until you are 100% happy with your teeth.
Your smile is given the exact care attention and precise time to achieve the best result.
I can not thank New Look Smile enough for every detail they cared for me and made my anxious mind settled they are the best. I was very nervous and the staff made me feel completely at ease . The clinic is so clean and state of the art equipment. I was told every step of the way what was going to be done . My Honest Review of NewLook Smile Antalya – Life-Changing Dental Experience

After doing months of research on dental clinics abroad, I chose NewLook Smile in Antalya, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I underwent a full range of procedures including dental implants, a root canal, teeth filing, sinus lift, veneer crowns and removal of broken tooth that was stuck in my gum for a number of years —so this wasn’t just a minor touch-up, it was a full transformation. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with outstanding professionalism, care, and attention to detail.

✨ First Impressions & Consultation

The moment I arrived in Antalya, everything was already arranged: airport pickup, comfortable hotel accommodation, and a clear itinerary. At the clinic, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel at ease shutting down any anxiety that I was facing. My initial consultation was very thorough—X-rays, digital scans, and a personalized treatment plan all done within hours. They explained everything in perfect English, answered all my questions, and walked me through every step with patience.

The procedures were spread across a few appointments to ensure everything healed properly and was done to the highest standard. The root canal was surprisingly painless, and the implants were placed with precision. I appreciated how the dentists were always checking in on how I felt during the procedures.

The teeth filing was done with care to prepare for my new veneer crowns, which are absolutely stunning. They look natural, feel comfortable, and the shade matches my overall appearance beautifully. I never felt rushed, and every procedure was done in a sterile, high-tech environment.

Every single staff member—from the dental assistants to the coordinators—was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Special thanks to everyone at Newlook smile who went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and comfortable every step of the way especially my dentist DT Gokmen BASAR. Oliver the clinic manager even stayed in touch via WhatsApp to check on me daily.

The final result blew me away. My smile has been completely transformed—not only do my teeth look amazing, but they also feel strong and natural. I’ve received so many compliments whilst away in Antalya and since returning home, and I finally have the confidence to smile fully again.

Never felt no pain though out all my appointment's my dentist was great made me feel comfortable and safe and still had time to enjoy my time in Turkey and love love my new smile

I went out to New Look on 17th August for a week of treatment including crowns, extractions and root canals. I did a lot of research in probably the years I guess leading upto going and had New Look on my list. I decided to go for the scan in Manchester so I could have better information to send to to Clinics. I had pretty much decided I wanted to use them from that visit as they put me at ease the price was good, not the cheapest but far from the most expensive and I just felt comfortable and is the cheapest the best option with something like this. The communication from them from first contacting them was brilliant. I booked my flights sent them the details from then on everything is pretty much spelt out for you. The driver was waiting for us on arrival it's quite amusing and overwhelming all the teeth signs so we got a bit lost, I messaged my coordinator and the driver found us straight away and took us to our hotel. I was picked up at 9am on the Monday and from walking in the clinic to the lovely reception girls you are put at ease. I then had another xray and went through my treatment plan with Oliver my coordinator, special shout out to him for going through every detail clearly before treatment starts. I started treatment in the afternoon which was teeth preparation. It's obviously not a relaxing spa treatment but was made as comfortable as possible and I didn't feel any pain throughout any of the treatment but was constantly asked if I was ok and told just raise your hand if you feel uncomfortable. Your driver will then take you back to the hotel promptly. I had the same driver all week and he was lovely and prompt everytime. Day 2 was time to see the surgeon for extractions and root canals again I personally didn't feel pain had some swelling after but that went down quite quick. At New Look it serms there is a surgeon for this part of treatment. I knew already I had problems with the end molars top right and they honestly tried to save the end tooth but it was too decayed so I was given the option of an implant which I declined until I had my temps in the realised it was better to have that. So day 3 should have been a day off but I had a sinus lift, bone graft and implant fitted I will go back in 6 months to finish that off. They didn't try to sell me that, nobody wants pressuring it was my decision. Was nervous about this bit but as the surgeon smiled and told me extractions are worse you will be ok and It was the apprehension was worse. Thursday I went in for fitting my final crowns again a painless procedure I was offered injections again but just went for it and found I didn't even need that, but you can if you choose. I think they were perfect for me I wanted natural and I got it. Friday it was making sure they were spot on after having them overnight. The dentist wasn't quite happy with them so was a bit more filling until he was. He stressed how important this bit is for the final bite. Then my treatment was done thank you to each and every person at New Look 😊. I was sent away with pain relief which you get throughout and antibiotics. A bit about the clinic it is beautiful and so modern compared to ones I've been in the UK your a bit like wow when you walk in, I know it only a dentist surgery but I was impressed. The place just sparkles it's that clean and the staff are amazing. A visit to the waiting area and garden on the bottom floor is a must. I didn't experience anyone there or at the hotel with any complaints which I thought said a lot. I was put up in Awen hotel it's a quiet hotel in a quieter area so depends what you want but when having treatment it was perfect for me and my daughter, shes only 21 and she felt comfortable there when I left her alone and I felt comfortable leaving her. It's very modern recently being refurbished and the staff are lovely. If you stay there pay the ladies in the spa a visit. Other people in your position at the hotel so if you're alone always people to chat to but it's overwhelming. If you do stay there pay a visit to Coco Cafe and bistro for the best food, service and atmosphere I loved this place for the staff alone and the cats. Then it was time to go. Then I was time to go and our driver took us to the airport. It's a brief summary but I would certainly recommend them and don't regret my decision. I've had a lot of compliments and a couple of people asking for their contact details and the main comment is natural you couldn't tell of you don't know. Thank you again to all at New Look see you next year with no nerves this time as I know I will be looked after.

If you are looking for quality and are like me really anxious then this is the place for you they reassured me every step of the way from the initial consultation to the final fittings of my crowns. Staff go out their way to make sure that you are over the moon with your new smile. From admin, to the dentists to even the management they all treated me with the greatest kindness which all added to my top experience with this clinic.

I have just got home from spending the last 4 days in Antalya visiting new look smile I was recommend to them I had never heard about them before so I went to Manchester had X-rays and flew out the following day I was picked up from the airport and taken to a beautiful 5 star luxury hotel and spa from start to finish the experience was amazing all the staff at new look and drivers was so friendly and made me at ease iv never been a lover of dentists but the experience has been amazing and the whole process was painless I have been sent home with lovely temporary teeth which I’m happy with until I return next year for my permant fitting I highly recommend this firm :)

New Look Smile were recommended by a friend so I was confident that I would receive excellent treatment which I did. I was quoted for all on 6 top and bottom after sending my X-rays and photos in, I agreed a price. Once the dentist had a look he informed me that my teeth at the bottom were strong enough to take crowns and the cost was reduced quite significantly. After the price was agreed, I was straight in with the dentist to prep for my crowns then a short wait for the surgeon to carry out the main works. There are really nice waiting areas inside and out where my wife was looked after whilst I was having my treatment. The clinic staff, especially my patient coordinator and the reception staff are super friendly and are on hand to answer any questions you may have. I visited the clinic daily for 5 days seeing the dentist for temp fittings or the orthodontist for root canal treatment. Each time the transport was arranged to and from the hotel or into old town on one occasion with the drivers being on time and friendly. PPMA teeth fitted and looking forward to having my finals in 6 months. Everyone I spoke to in the clinic were very happy with the treatment they had received and those having their final teeth fitted all looked amazing.

I have just spent 4 days with new look smile, who were absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were so good & as soon as I arrived I was made to feel at ease. From the people serving you drinks to the reception we’re spot on.

Now my teeth, only my temps until Feb when I come back, are absolutely amazing, they look so natural. Thank you honestly as my old teeth gave me anxiety, Dr Mohammed I believe it was, absolutely top work, you can tell he gives it his full attention to detail. I had a really amazing experience with this clinic. All the staff from airport transportation, to the hotel reception and at the clinic itself, the receptionists (especially Fatma), the consultants, the dentist (Ibrahim) and the dentists assistants. Everyone is so friendly, the communication from the company on a whole has been fantastic. They answered all my questions and left me feeling comfortable and confident in the work they had planned to do. The procedures all went smoothly and I have had no issues with anything. They also discussed after care with me and have left me feeling assured that if any problems occurred it would be taken care of with great professionalism.
