From start to finish the experience was professional and high quality, my teeth before hand where atrocious, since I've left I can't stop smiling, they're better than what I expected everyone was friendly and welcoming and was there to help me every step of the way. From the first contact via message I have been treated amazing, I can’t fault NewLook at all they have exceeded my expectations.
The staff make it for me, they were all so lovely, from the minute you enter from the lovely reception ladies right up to the dentists working on your teeth everyone was amazing!
I had crowns, bridges and root canals and spend one week out in Turkey, I was picked up and dropped from the airport & all my appointments, literally made to feel like royalty!
I stayed at the Qinn hotel, the hotel was small but lovely and clean and the staff were great there too!
The aftercare Iv received is great also, any questions they answer straight away and always there to help when needed!
I would highly recommend NewLook to anyone, if I could give more stars I would!

Amazing team, from start to finish the process has been smooth sailing. The clinic in Antalya is absolutely unreal, from the whole team making you feel welcome to the suites and the garden bar. I was extremely nervous on the first day but they all work very hard to answer any questions and to calm you down. My dentist was a perfectionist and ensured I was 100% happy with my smile before I left and was caring and understanding of my anxieties and concerns. I can’t rate New look smile enough and would recommend to anyone wanting to get a new smile.

Had an amazing experience at New Look Dental.. the team are amazing and support you every step of the way. I’m terrified of dentist but these guys know exactly what they are doing and make you feel 100% safe and confident. Far superior to British Dentist IMO ( and I should know, I’ve spent thousands in uk over the years) never again.. New Look Dental in the future for me, that’s if I ever need another dentist !!

From the very start of our experience it’s always been amazing you couldn’t ask for anything better. I would 100 % recommend newlook smile if you are thinking about getting your teeth done. The staff and dentists are amazing the best experience, no pain all the way through. Always making sure you are ok and happy with the results. We return in 6 months for the end of our treatment and cant wait to return. Best experience and so happy with our results.

I’ve recently just returned from having from having new teeth at New Look.I can honestly say the experience from start to finish was near perfect!! The professionalism and efficiency all the staff showed from the girls on the desk all the way up to my dentist was second to none. At no stage did I feel uncomfortable with any procedure. Everything was talked through and discussed before any work started which made things a lot easier.
All the transfers to and from the clinic and also the airport were on time, every time and also extremely comfortable. I can’t thank New Look enough for my new teeth, I almost felt guilty at how little I paid to get such a professional job. I highly recommend New Look if you are thinking of having your teeth done, I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed!! Thanks again, New Look. You’ve been awesome!

This is my second visit to New look smile and l must say it was even better than the first time here, getting my all on six top and all on four on the bottom implants and crown's my smile is back with confidence Oliver and his staff are really nice people and nothing to much trouble from the lovely girls on reception the driver's and those who keep the place running like clock work, they even come to are rescue and sorted another night in the Hotel and transfers back and forth to the airport when are flight was cancelled by the airline free of charge just amazing bunch of people, would not hesitate to recommend New look smile to anyone thinking of Dental treatment, once again thank you for everything 😁👍

I have just returned from my 1st of 2 visits for full implants. The process was made so simple by the whole team from initial contact to the excellent 1-2-1 communication with Oliver. On arrival you are greeted by a driver and taken to the hotel. They also take to and from your appointments as well as take you back to the airport. At the clinic you are made to feel welcome and assured by the ladies on reception - they really are a credit to the team. The full extractions, sinus lift and bone graft I had was amazingly pain free and expertly done. The temporary teeth I have now are really good and others at the hotel were surprised how well they looked compared to the temporary teeth they have from a different dental clinic - they thought these were the permanent ones! I am really looking forward to having my permanent ones fitted in 6 months with the flight and arrangements already made! If you are looking at having dental work completed, look no further than New Look Smile - you will be so happy you did.

Absolutely fantastic experience at newlooksmile from start to finish the treatment I had was exceptional. From the consultation in Altrincham, to the co ordinators, reception girls, cafe staff dental nurses and dentists in Antalya. My teeth are absolutely beautiful, exceeded my expectations. I really can't recommend this clinic enough!!

I am really happy with my teeth , however I was provided no aftercare, the dental nurses was on the phone whilst I was having procedure. It was very rushed experience for me I would have my teeth done and they would be like ok bye? I would leave confused and I was unaware on how to look after my new teeth. I did raise this a few times as to which I was ignored. Luckily I got alot of friends and family that have had their teeth done so I can ask them for advice but I wouldn’t say its an amazing service as they make out on here.

Only been out for my first visit a week ago so can’t comment on the final product,but got my temps in which even they would do there that good,was so nervous but the staff are so friendly from there driver to receptionist,dentist to surgeons. They are all so nice,highly recommend.

From start to finish this has been a great experience for me. From being driven to and from the airport and all of your dental appointments everything is easy.
The girls on the desk are so welcoming and friendly and put you at ease straight away. I also liked the constant communication from Oliver keeping me updated and asking if there’s anything more he could do for me during and after my treatment. More importantly the end result was fantastic.
