Good afternoon Paul,
Whilst we accept that there was issues with the delivery (whilst we are responsible for who delivers the product, we can't control what happens at the delivery point) we did offer to reprint the whole job, which you refused so we discounted the price for you. We had also suggested that as delivery could be problematic, that someone was there to receive the delivery, this didn't happen. This lead to a pallet being left exposed to the rain, which had someone been available to receive the delivery, wouldn't have been the case.
As far as customer service goes, we spent time discussing digital marketing strategy and writing a report for you, we tried at length to help with your pre-press set up as well. This would suggest our staff aren't useless as you put it. Swearing down the phone at staff probably wasn't going to get the best out of them either.
You also expected us to fund your attendance of franchise exhibitions so you could sell more magazine franchises on the basis we would print the work, despite you having complained about the quality of the print on previous issues. This was never something which had been discussed, and something we would never offer to do.
I think it's probably fair to say, that from our other reviews, people don't seem to have an issue with the service, or quality of our work, and whilst mistakes happen, we always do our best to rectify them, as we did with you.
Best Regards,
James
