I went through all reviews and yet decided to go ahead with them considering a gamble as I could afford $35 if they don't help. Being such a cheap service, I did Not expect superfast responses on email and not a single call.

To My Surprise, they were indeed spot-on with emails. I had mailed them twice and received responses within 24 hours both the times.

I called them Three times at separate events for queries (please note, queries, not concern/complaints) and all the times, the call was picked instantly or within 5 seconds.

I had one request to change LLC name before I had submitted application on SOS and it was entertained instantly. I was on phone call (4th time) for this and even this was picked and responded to instantly.

In these 4 calls, I encountered 2 representatives (Kourtney and another male) and both were polite, humble and very helping. They listened to my questions and answered even my questions related to privacy while registering the LLC on SOS website myself.

I even requested a seemingly unusual thing - I buy just Registered Agent service, try to fill application on SOS website and if I find difficult, I buy remaining package at 115 (as their package for forming an LLC is 150) and again, they agreed without hesitation.

Both the representatives tried to guide me through the dashboard to find documents etc.

Also, these calls were made before as well as after buying their service. So, not like they only help till you pay them.

I'm perfectly satisfied with the services I received. Considering the nominal price of $35 which others charge upto $200 for, it'd be a shame if I review them anything under fabulous!!!

I would 100% recommend. Also, to clarify, they never asked me to write a review but as a Foreigner who is trying to setup my own business, I know how challenging it is to build reputation. So, if I get such a great service as a customer/client, I am just making sure that the service provider get their due credit and appreciation.

Service and website was OK, very much according to standard. But I can only give them a 3 star ranking for continue to invoice me for the registered agent service after they themselves dissolved the company (and charged accordingly). Sending an invoice for a service that can not be rendered is close to attempted fraud. sorry - no 5 starts for you guys...
