Fast delivery. They gave me products with much later expiration dates, so I can store them well.

Cargo is too slow. My buying date was 9.7.2024, but it still has not arrived. I am waiting for unhopeless.

I cannot find Dettol in Germany so ordered 4 bottles of Dettol online from Newpharma and paid over 45 euros. Only 1 bottle of Dettol came with the package, so I contacted their customer service team for the missing 3 bottles.

I got an email reply today (from Trecie) that after their analysis what I received corresponds to what I originally ordered, so they cannot help me further (???).

Yes they did send me the right product, but in the wrong quantity!

I am pregnant right now and need to rely on online purchases, but their customer service is just ridiculous. I cannot believe they did not send the right amount of items and then said they cannot help me.

So please beware and do not buy from them. If there are problems with the items you receive, they will just tell you they cannot help you.

I recently had an experience with NewPharma that prompted me to share my thoughts and concerns. I made a purchase that included the PHYTOPHANERE supplement. While I appreciate the prompt delivery and the quality of the product, there was a significant price difference that left me feeling disappointed.

Upon further investigation, I discovered that other sellers are offering the same PHYTOPHANERE supplement at a considerably lower price, ranging from 23 to 25 euros. In contrast, I paid approximately 38 euros for the same item through NewPharma. Additionally, the PHYTO package clearly stated "1+1 Free," and I expected this promotion to be honored as well. It means if you buy 1 bottle of 120 tabs, you will get 1 another 120 tab bottle for free, and it is printed on the packaging in big font.

I reached out to NewPharma Customer Service, expressing my concern and providing screenshots of the lower prices available in the market. In response, I received a message from the Customer Care, who confirmed that the displayed price was correct and explained NewPharma's pricing policy.

Their response indicated that NewPharma cannot match the pricing of competitors to ensure the continued provision of high-quality service.

While I understand the need for a balance between quality and affordability, the substantial price difference remains a concern. off-course the the original price of this product is 24 euros for a pack of (120+120 tabs) but in NewPharma they charge customers 38 euros. it means they are selling the free bottle to costumers!

In terms of the price, as a customer, it's disheartening to see such a gap, especially when competitors are offering the same product at a significantly lower cost.

In conclusion, my experience with NewPharma has been mixed. The pricing policy raises questions about the competitiveness of NewPharma in the market. I hope that, in the future, NewPharma can find a way to address such concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.

Also, I hope they are more conscientious and customer-oriented and do not sell the FREE parts of promotions to the costumers.

I received the wrong product and the email and tracking for my order was unresponsive.

In my 2 last orders with them, although they advertise the product and promise a 2 day delivery. I received a confirmation immeadiatly they do not stock the product and reimburse you much later. Asking them why they simply say we will reimburse at later date. To me this is a Scam. Please be careful especially with products that are discounted and seem a good deal at the moment.

I ordered on 20th of July. But my package stucked at DPD. I talked thrm, they said that, newpharma didn’t write the receiver’s name.
I can not reach new pharma customer service. My package includes emergency health stuff.
I won’t never give an order from new pharma again!!

Delivery service (DPD) is terrible. However, customer service is very good.

Sadly, not only it took way too long to ship my order, but once shipped I've never received it.
