I did not have a great experience and I thought I had lost the money I that was deducted without my consent but Elsa came through for me I just hope to get my money back
I did not have a great experience and I joined the program unknowingly,I did not even use the benefits that came with the program and opted for immediate cancellation because it is not something I would afford to pay. Thanks to Elsa who is willing to help me get my refund, my mind is at ease now

PAULA
My account and bank was registered to a site, through scam. The transaction message from my bank got me investige this issue. Which showed, automatically i have been given a membership of some online store and they are detucting fees from my account ( membership fees. )
This all was happening without my consent and knowledge.
On reaching out the site, a representative PAULA reached me out and said cancellation has been done.
Paula is assisting and helping me with my cancellation procedure, with a quick response. Yet my refund is pending.
