BEWARE! They take your money BEFORE providing your Account and don't tell you that you need a current prescriprion to upload or you can't move forward! All of their communication is thru chat bots that run you in circles. ALSO, be aware that if you cancel Before talking to Dr they charge you $99.
Catch 22 if you don't have a current prescription.
I suspect all these Trustpilot Reviews are BOGUS from them!!!

Competitive Pricing and Good Service
The pricing was competitve and the process was easy to follow. I checked that they use certified labs -- so felt OK with the quality of the product. Delivery was as expected without any issues. Very satisfied thus far.

Product not effective and Drs not responsive
The ordering and delivery were fast and simple. I was switching brands because of the lower price. The product, however, is less effective. With the same dosage at Noom, I had less of an appetite and would get full more easily. With Newself, again, same dosage, I am more hungry and not full as easily. I have tried to get in touch with the doctor via their chat function but I only receive short, terse responses that do not address my issue.
I am getting what I am paying for, a less effective and maybe therefore useless product. Should have paid the bit extra for something that helps and a responsive team.

I will have to say this has been an outstanding experience. It was super easy to complete the online application and my response was super quick and my application was approved. I love there are real Doctors there reviewing your information. The pricing was very comparable to other GLP sites. The medication was shipped 2 day express and I received it in 2 days. The only thing I would say is the ice pack was completely melted so that might be something to improve on. Of course I’m really blaming FedEx because they didn’t deliver it until 8 PM and it was a warm day. But regardless, it’s been a great experience and I would highly recommend newself.com

Follow up is better than last company I was using. Delivery was fast and plenty of accessories to use. Very good directions. I've used their customer service several times always been a positive experience.

Customer service is very poor after adjusting my dosage. I am happy with the medication but again an issue arose and its 2 weeks and I've yet to get it resolved. AI assistant will not put you through to a live person. So here I am 2 weeks and over a dozen messages and feeling helpless

New Self was very easy to work with
New Self was very easy to work with. They were courteous and very responsive. My husband is on New Self and when I saw his results I was jealous. I tried Noom and I did not lose much even though I followed the plan. I will receive my medication this weekend and am very excited. We have also recommended New Self to my daughter- in Law and my sister. I would recommend New Self to anyone and everyone that wants to try GLP 1 medication and support.

It was ok, the communication was my biggest problem. I spoke to way to many different people throughout the process. I had a really hard time understanding most of them.. .. There were many calls and texts. In addition I had to send my current subscription and video multiple times. All in all, it worked out
