Bunch of idiots

Have not tried their products, but just met part of their team on a company event and they behave extremely badly. Drunk, rude and ignorant

My daughters and I have been using…

My daughters and I have been using Newsha products for years. We remain impressed and more than satisfied with the quality and performance of these hair products. Having used other well known high quality brands, I feel as though we are able to make an informed comparison and in our opinion these products deliver results. However, I advise that you must find the correct routine for your specific hair type and choose the relevant, suitable products accordingly. We use the App regularly for ordering and special offers and have never had a problem with deliveries or damaged products. The packaging is also simple, sleek but luxurious and the fragrance of the products is pleasant.

Happy customer & will be reordering in the future☺️ highly recommend!

I eas recommended Newsha from the hairdressers and I really like their products- I have the soft cotton conditioner and pearl nude colour mask which both do wonders for my hair. I just ordered the deep treatment mask, deep cleansing shampoo and one of their round brushes which I am yet to try out.

When I made the order there was a choice for which freebie I wanted. I accidentally clicked the wrong one and the website wouldn’t let me change it (**maybe this could be an improvement to to the website!**) I sent them a message saying which I would like and if it is possible to add it still to my order. The customer service team replied super quick. However on arrival the freebie wasn’t there- it just came in the post today which is of course super sweet that they still sent it (Thankyou!) and great customer service (part of the reason why I spent over the threshold amount was to get said freebie). I’m just thinking in a eco/ environmentally friendly way, it could have easily been added to my original order, which came even earlier than expected.

The packaging is nice and the right size. Aid had a voucher included for friends and also the packaging is completely recyclable.
