This company is terrible!!! Do NOT use them!!! Total waste of time and money! I placed an order almost a month ago. They took my money and then ghosted me. I emailed FOUR times and NEVER received a response. A company that takes your money, doesn’t deliver on their product and has zero customer service is NOT a company to do business with. Stay far away from NewSmile!!!!!

I ordered the retainers back in early April and still don’t have them. I get a diiferent rep each time I reach out and the last one said it will be another month before I receive my retainers. I am very unhappy with the service so far.

I began paying NewSmile for aligner treatment around two years ago and my account has since been confirmed by the company as fully paid about a year ago. Despite this, I have still received no aligners and no completed treatment.
I repeatedly explained difficulties with the required scan/impression process, including local providers refusing standalone scans and the alternative option not being accessible. Despite numerous emails over an extended period requesting help and resolution, I have received no response or no meaningful resolution.

I have now spent a significant amount of time attempting to resolve this matter directly and remain extremely disappointed that a fully paid service has still not been delivered. I now have to take this further externally. I would definitely recommend avoiding this company.

I was able to receive immediate, helpful assistance from Raych who escorted me thru the purchase process and alternatives available.

Response was promptly and clearly identified issue with process. They followed up with an email with dictation of the correspondence which was accurate and identified a plan of action. Very pleased!
