I purchased a 1-year WSJ print + digital subscription. Within a day of placing the order, I was notified that the order was being cancelled with the following explanation: "Your address is undeliverable".
I was puzzled because my address had been receiving delivery of the print version of the WSJ prior to this. I was curious to know how they arrived at this conclusion so I could determine whether it was an error on their end.
I received no response, and contacted them again -> again no response.
I would concluded that there customer service is poor given than two of my emails went unanswered.
